Judicial and administrative
proceedings
The Labor and Employment practice has substantial
experience in representing clients in judicial and
administrative proceedings in all courts and
administrative spheres, including in public civil actions,
class actions, collective bargaining, lawsuits filed by
executives, as well as administrative investigations.
Our services include:
• Continuous monitoring of legislative projects and
joint work with trade associations to draft proposals
for legislative reforms;
• Labor due diligence investigation in support of
mergers, acquisitions and other corporate
transactions;
• Representation of clients before the Brazilian
Ministry of Labor and Employment (SRT), the Public
Prosecutor’s Office – Labor and trade unions.

Executive compensation
The Labor and Employment practice assist clients on
executive compensation matters by designing and
implementing various compensation models seeking to
grow their clients’ businesses and engage their
employees at work. Our services include:
• Modeling and implementation of variable
compensation plans through profit-sharing

• Promotion of seminars to improve knowledge of
labor laws devised to professionals in charge of
labor relations; and
