MC Kontaktlamellen­technik:
Grenzenlose Möglichkeiten
Kontaktlamellen sind speziell geformte, widerstandsfähige
Geometrien aus Kupferlegierung, je nach Anwendung versilbert oder vergoldet. Der konstante Federdruck der Lamelle
sorgt für eine permanente Kontaktierung mit der Kontakt­
oberfläche und daraus resultiert ein geringer und konstanter
Durchgangswiderstand.
Die Kontaktlamellentechnik ermöglicht es uns, eine Vielzahl
von Lösungen anzubieten und selbst härteste Bedingungen zu
erfüllen, sowohl elektrisch (bis zu mehreren kA), thermisch (bis
zu 350 °C) als auch mechanisch, mit Kontaktbeständigkeit bis
zu 1 Million Steckzyklen.

MULTILAM technology:
Unlimited possibilities
MULTILAM are strips of highly resistant copper alloy with a special geometry which are silver- or gold-plated according to their
application. The constant spring pressure of the ­MULTILAM
ensures a permanent contact with the contact surface, resulting in a low and constant transmission resistance.
MULTILAM technology enables us to offer a wide range of solutions that meet the most exacting electrical (up to several kA)
and thermal (up to 350 °C) requirements, as well as fulfilling
high mechanical demands with a contact life of up to 1 million
mating cycles.

Mit diesem einfach und schnell zu betätigenden Steckverbinder können Batterien für stationäre oder mobile Anwendungen

connection of batteries for stationary or mobile applications. It
also has a particularly space-saving compact design.
Battery applications demand high dependability and the
­MULTILAM, together with the electroplating and configuration
of all plug connector components, makes a decisive contribution to the fulfilment of this requirement.
The long service life of the BCC system is a result of the silverplated contact surfaces, an optimum choice of materials for the
contact elements and crimping techniques which have proven
their worth over many years. This guarantees an optimum connection technology for low-maintenance or maintenance-free
