Starfire RS-C 2.0
Cooper Tires introduced the Starfire RS-C 2.0 to be a range of tyres principally for sale in
the USA market. The Starfire RS-C 2.0 was designed as an all-season, M+S rated range of
tyres.
The tread pattern is the principal design parameter that gives all-season performance,
the tread pattern is common for all sizes in the Starfire RS-C 2.0 range. Due to an
‘oversight’ not all moulds were delivered with the M+S marking in place, although all
products in the Starfire RS-C 2.0 range are ‘all-season’ – this ‘oversight’ is being rectified
and all products in the Starfie RS-C 2.0 range will be M+S marked.

Starfire RS-C 2.0
Cooper Tires fertigt den Starfire RS-C 2.0 hauptsächlich für den amerikanischen Markt
und dementscprechend beantwortet dieser Reifen an den dort üblichen Anforferungen
indem er entwickelt würde mit einer ganz Jahres Lauffläche mit M/S Kennzeichnung.
Das Profilmuster ergibt der wichtigste Entwurfs Parameter für die ganz Jahres
Leistung, und wird in dem gesamte Program des Starfire RS-C 2.0 angewendet.
Durch ein Versehen in der Produktion der Pressformen fehlt teilweise die Markierung
des M/S Zeichens.
Unabhängig von dieser Unachtsamkeit wird hiermit bestättigt dass alle Produkte in der
Starfire RS-C 2.0 Reihe Ganzjahresreifen sind. Eine Korrektur der technische
Beschriftung auf der Reifenflanke wird derzeit berichtigt so dass in Zukunft alle Reifen
M/S gekennzeichnet sind.
