Dear friends of the Rise and Sinking of the sun,
The Super-Sonnic-Sense Ceremony (jap. 茶道, chadō or sadō, engl. Path of the Sound-Sense; also 茶の湯, cha-no-yu, engl. hot water for sense in Supersound),
also known as super-sonnic-sense ritual, stands, based in its philosophy, close to the Zen (and not the Arts). It is a reunion, following specific rules in its course,
where a host explains the sense of sound and serves light dishes to one or more guests. In order to give the guest the chance for inner contemplation, the reunion
takes place in a simply arranged Super-Sonnic-Sense House. There is also other Super-Sonic-Sense
Ceremonies.
For this year‘s summergathering, placed under the motto Transasiasense, Cédric Eisenring, Elin Gonzalez, Christian Rothmaler and Philipp Schwalb have been
invited for their central field of experimentation and their Coming-out-of-the-Image.
Cédric Eisenring, also known as Corey Woods or Vegeta, was invited, because he practices thoughtful Imageskincare and sensitive Deepfantasyresearch. Through
these activities his insticts for east asian aesthetics and questions of format have been sharpened. As ceremonial gifts he will bring selected results from his
efforts, so they can unfold their sound in a ceremonial setting.
Elin Gonzalez, also known as Roberta Diggs or Goku, was invited, because she practices extremely analytical Imagecomparisons and transcultural Soundtapemixes. Through these activities her exploratory urge for asian aesthetics and soundquestions has been sharpened. As ceremonial gifts she will bring selected
results from her efforts.
Christian Rothmaler, also known as Clifford James Smith or Chi Chi, was invited, because he practices out-checking Imageformarrangements and self-made historyingredientdissection. Through these activities his insticts for east asian aesthetics and questions of composition have been sharpened. As ceremonial gifts he
will bring selected results from his efforts, so they can unfold their oscillation in a ceremonial setting.
Philipp Schwalb, also known as Russell Tyrone Jones or Muten-Roshi, was invited, because he practices essential Imagecoloraffection and martial artistic ghosttaskexperiments. Through these activities his sensitivity for north asian aesthetics and questions of tone have been sharpened. As ceremonial gifts he will bring
selected results from his efforts, so they can unfold their tones in a ceremonial setting.
We are happily looking forward to your participation and, at this point, want to explain to you again why we chose the ceremony as form:
The ceremony is another form of exit from the exhibition and a simultaneous access into cessation with increase into engagement.
