• to assure a watertight and permanent sealing for pipe-wall and pipe-floor penetrations
• for pipes in various materials such as:
plastic, steel, ductile and cast iron, clay, fiber-concrete, stainless steel
• the insured sealing against water migrating from the soil resists up to 3 bars
• diameters available from 25 mm to 2000 mm
• the pipe-wall water stop collar is not to be considered as a load bearing point

MONTAGEANLEITUNG
1. Reinigung der einzubetonierenden Rohroberfläche mit Lappen, Putzwolle o.a.. Sofern speziell bei
Kunststoffrohren tiefe Riefen auf der Oberfläche sichtbar sind, sind diese mit einem Schaber an der
Lage des Mauerkragens zu beseitigen.
2. Aufschieben des Mauerkragens über das gesäuberte Rohrende und Fixierung Mitte Beton- bzw.
Mitte Mauerwerk.
3. An den parallel zur Rohroberfläche verlaufenden Ringflächen werden die Spannbänder mittels
Spannschloss so fest gezogen, dass der Mauerkragen fest auf der Rohroberfläche aufsitzt. Es sind
2 Spannbänder zu verwenden.
4. Der elastische Mauerkragen ist nicht als Festpunkt zu betrachten.
MONTAGESPANNBAND AUS EDELSTAHL
1. Bis einschließlich DN 250 werden maßlich abgestimmte Rohrschellen geliefert. Ab DN 300
werden maßlich abgestimmte Spannbänder geliefert, deren Bandende ca. 5 cm umgebogen
wird.
2. Umgebogenen Teil in den Bügel des Spannschlosses einhängen. Körper mit dem Band

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean the surface of the pipe to be concreted with towels, cleaning wool, ... very carefully.
In case of deep scratches, espacially on plastic pipe surfaces, it is recommended to sand the
place to be fitted with the wall collar.
2. Slip the collar through end onto the pipe up to the end of the cleaned section and fix it at middle
height of the desired in the formwork.
3. Install the stainless steel banding on each side of the collaret, and tighten securely.
The collar is provided with two stainless steel bands.
4. The pipe-wall water stop collar is not to be considered as a load bearing point.
STAINLESS STEEL BANDING
1. The stainless steel banding is pre-formed up to DN 250. Above this diameter, the banding is
composed of one stainless steel band cut on size following the diameter of the collar, together
with a worm-drive clamp.
2. Bend the stainless steel band at 5 cm, than slip the band into eyelet of the lock.
3. Place the stainless steel banding around the collar and tighten securely by means of a
screwdriver.
