A YOUNG COMPANY INTRODUCES ITSELF
Mit 1. Juli 2014 ist in Österreich die Industrielandschaft im Bereich Dichtungstechnik um
ein junges Unternehmen reicher geworden.
In Summe blicken die Gründungsmitglieder
gemeinsam auf eine langjährige internationale erfolgreiche Industrieerfahrung im
Dichtungsbereich zurück. Dieser Erfahrungsschatz konnte in jahrzehntelangem täglichem
Umgang mit Anwendungen für Dichtungsapplikationen in sämtlichen Bereichen des Maschinen- und
Automobilbaus gewonnen werden.
Der Kunde und seine umfassende Zufriedenheit
sind das Credo des Seal Serv Dichtungstechnik
Teams und von der ersten Minute an wird diese
Philosophie auch gelebt. Es gibt keine ShareholderInteressen im Hintergrund, welche dieser bedingungslosen Kundenorientierung im Wege stehen
könnten und das spürt man Tag für Tag. Viele
Jahre in Führungspositionen bei internationalen
Konzernen und die dabei leidvoll erlebte Entfernung von einfachsten Kundenbedürfnissen haben
die Gründer inspiriert. Zurück zu den Ursprüngen
– zuhören, nachfragen, verstehen – einfach Zeit
aufbringen und Interesse an Problemstellungen

Dichtungstechnik zum Ziel gesetzt.
Um dieser Überzeugung folgen zu können, wurden
im Zielmarkt Österreich und den angrenzenden
Märkten tiefgreifende Marktanalysen vorgenommen und diese mit dem Erfahrungsschatz des
Gründungsteams zu einem harmonischen Gesamtkonzept verknüpft. Entsprechende internationale
Lieferanten für verschiedene Einsatzzwecke, Werkstoffe und Herstellungsverfahren konnten bereits
als Partner gewonnen werden. Von der Materialauswahl über die anwendungstechnische Beratung,
vom Prototyping bis zum Serieneinsatz, vom Traum

On July 1, 2014, a new company emerged
in the Austrian sealing technology sector.
Its founding members look back on many
successful years in the international sealing
industry. Dealing with sealing applications
in all areas of machine and automotive engineering on a daily basis and over decades,
they have gained a threshold of experience
ready to be put to use for costumers.
Seal Serv Dichtungstechnik seeks to meet and
exceed its customers’ expectations. This is the
company’s philosophy – and it is lived from the
very first costumer contact. It can easily be seen
that no hidden shareholder interests interfere with
this customer-oriented approach. During their
many years as executives in international corporations, the founding members always detected that
less and less attention was drawn to the simplest
customer needs. An orientation back to the roots
– listening carefully, asking the right questions,
understanding; taking your time with customers
and showing an honest interest in their specific
needs – this is the main objective Seal Serv Dichtungstechnik has set itself and a personal wish that
inspired the founding members to establish a new

HNBR-Kautschuke werden aus Nitrilkautschuken durch katalytische
Hydrierung hergestellt. Die mögliche Einsatztemperatur wird dadurch auf
150°C, fallweise auf 170°C gesteigert. Ein weiterer Vorteil von voll hydrierten Qualitäten liegt in der Beständigkeit gegen oxidative Angriffe (Ozon).
HNBR rubbers are made of nitrile rubbers by catalytic hydrogenation. The
operation temperature increases up to 150 °C case by case up to 170 °C.
Another advantage of the fully hydrogenated qualities is that HNBR is
resistance to oxidative attacks (ozone).

EPDM ist hervorragend beständig gegen Alterung und Witterungseinflüsse, gegen Ozon, Licht und UV. Besonders gut ist EPDM in Wasserdampf
und Waschlaugen einsetzbar.

ihm eine hervorragende Kälteflexilität ohne nennenswerte Elastizitätsverluste. Unsere Silikone sind alle nach den Richtlinien der FDA hergestellt.

Silicone rubbers do not contain any carbon atoms in the polymer
chain, but alternating silicon and oxygen. This provides for an excellent
flexi-cold-formality without a real loss of elasticity. Our Silicones are all
manufactured according to FDA regulations. For certain purposes the
material has to be annealed until it has reached odourlessness .

Die folgenden dichtungsrelevanten Eigenschaften
können durch Füllstoffe zur Verbesserung des Anwendungsbereiches beeinflusst werden:
PTFE is a wax-like polymer which has an extraordinary resistance towards nearly all known chemicals
thanks to its strong carbon-fluorine bond. In some
applications, however, it can’t be used as a sealing
material. Adding filler material and PTFE alters the
properties of the materials in such a way that it can
be utilized for different / several applications.

PTFE ist ein wachsähnliches Polymer und zeigt
aufgrund seiner starken C-F Bindung eine außergewöhnliche Beständigkeit gegen nahezu alle bekannten Chemikalien. Es kann jedoch in manchen
Anwendungen nicht als Dichtungsmaterial verwendet werden. Der Einsatz von Füllstoffen und PTFE
verändern die Eigenschaften des Materials, damit
