The 3rd Edition of PM@CH – The Swiss Project Management Review will be going to press in June 2008. We will again be distributing PM@CH to all PMI Switzerland Chapter members using the mailing addresses we receive as part of the membership database from the PMI Global Operations Centre. To ensure that you receive your copy of PM@CH, we kindly ask you to log into www.pmi.org and verify that your mailing address is correct and complete. It takes only a couple of minutes: Just visit www.pmi.org, Log in with your PMI member ID and password, click “Go to My Profile” and verify (or correct) the “default Shipping Address”. They may have to present the project status to a steering committee, motivate their team or talk about their project to a critical audience within the company. In those situations it is not just about getting the facts across, it is also about getting the message to the audience, in an understandable, convincing and sometimes even entertaining way. Today, being a good speaker is not just a nice-to-have skill for project managers, it is absolutely crucial for our profession.
