Jabsco INDUSTRIE SCHLAUCHPUMPEN INDUSTRIAL PERISTALTIC PUMPS Jabsco Schlauchpumpen Jabsco Peristaltic Pumps FUNKTIONSPRINZIP Das Funktionsprinzip einer Schlauchpumpe besticht durch den einfachen Aufbau und die Vorteile welche sich daraus ergeben. Ein Schlauch mit exakten Dimensionen, aus unterschiedlichen Elastomeren oder Thermoplastik hergestellt, befindet sich im Pumpengehäuse. Wenn dieser Schlauch durch den rotierenden Rotor und die Schuhe oder die Rollen komprimiert wird, stellt sich anschließend die ursprüngliche Form des Schlauchs wieder her und es entsteht ein Vakuum, welches die Flüssigkeit ansaugt. Die Flüssigkeit gelangt in den Raum zwischen den Rollen und wird schonend zum Druckstutzen weitertransportiert. OPERATING PRINCIPLE The operating principle of a peristaltic pump attracts by its simplicity and advantages. A tubular element with accurate dimensions, made in different types of elastomer or thermoplastic, is housed in the pump body. When this tubular element is compressed by the rotary action of the rotor and its corresponding rollers or shoes, it recovers its initial shape creating a vacuum, priming the fluid. The fluid gets into the cavity formed by the rollers which compress the tube and is gently pushed to the outlet by the following roller.
