For a public 350-bed hospital with a character like a hospital which focus on several medical
professions in southern Austria – directly at the Austrian-Italian border - we are looking for a(n)
CONSULTANT / SPECIALIST in RADIOLOGY or an advanced RESIDENT PHYSICIAN in
RADIOLOGY
in full - or part-time
No specialty home services - only call duty
Good German-language-knowledge is expected – minimum level B2.
The modern, independently acting hospital with a lectureship for medical universities in Austria has
all clinical subjects including Gynecology/obstetrics, ENT, orthopedics, trauma surgery, and
Urology. It offers a pleasant work environment in a sunny National-Park-region with recognized
high life expectancy; only 2 hours by car from the sea away - ideal conditions for outdoor activities,
shopping, etc.
The Department of Radiology provides the patients in all areas of diagnostic and Interventional
Radiology - the latter with a focus on oncology - including coronary Angio CT poly-traumatized
patients.
In addition to conventional Radiology the hospital has a 128 rows CT unit, 1.5 T MRI, as well as
modern RIS / PACS. The all-digital mammography and magnetic resonance spectroscopy are under
preparation.
Physician staff: 1 primary physician / 3 consultants / 2 resident physician
The hospital offers:
• Responsible job with high autonomy, as well as own job-design and development perspectives for specialists appointment as the senior physician (consultant)
• Work in a small, collegial team focusing on terms of medicine
• further training offered with about 7 days a year; including financial support
• attractive remuneration; normal gross annual reference of a 45-year-old senior physician: €
100,000 p.a., concrete amount depending on qualifications and experience
• on request participation in the emergency medical service, clinic will pay the emergency education
• Assistance in finding accommodation - home apartment available
• Full-day child care at the nearby children Villa (7 am-8 pm)
• family-friendly teleworkung possible. 5 and at 43 years old 6 weeks vacation
• workplace health promotion, including cheap, fresh cooked meals (for members of the family too)
A person with good education, much pleasure in their own medical profession, communication
skills, willingness to attend on trainings and knowledge in the field of MR and CT will be searched.

Das moderne, eigenständig agierende Krankenhaus mit KPJ-Lehrauftrag verfügt über alle
klinischen Fächer inkl. Frauenheilkunde/Geburtshilfe, HNO, Orthopädie, Unfallchirurgie und
Urologie. Es bietet ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld in sonniger Nationalparkregion mit anerkannt
hoher Lebenserwartung; nur 2 Autostunden vom Meer entfernt - beste Bedingungen für
Freizeitaktivitäten, Shopping etc.
Das Institut für Radiologie versorgt die Patienten in allen Bereichen der diagnostischen und
interventionellen Radiologie – letztere mit Schwerpunkt Onkologie - einschließlich Coronar-AngioCT polytraumatisierter Patienten.
Neben der konventionellen Radiologie verfügt das Krankenhaus über ein 128-Zeilen CT-Gerät, 1,5
T MRT, sowie modernes RIS / PACS. Die volldigitale Mammographie und die
Magnetresonanzspektroskopie sind in Vorbereitung.
Stellenschlüssel: 1 Primararzt / 3 Oberärzte / 2 Assistenzärzte
Geboten wird:
• Verantwortliche Tätigkeit mit hoher Eigenständigkeit, sowie Gestaltungs- und
Entwicklungsperspektiven - für Fachärzte Ernennung zum Oberarzt
• Tätigkeit im kleinen, kollegialen Team mit Konzentration auf die Medizin
• Fortbildung: etwa 7 Tage jährlich; einschließlich finanzieller Unterstützung
• attraktive Vergütung; üblicher Brutto-Jahresbezug eines 45 jährigen Oberarztes: € 100.000 p.a.,
konkreter Bezug je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
• auf Wunsch Beteiligung am Notarztdienst möglich, Klinik bezahlt Notarztdiplom
• Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche – Startwohnung vorhanden
• Ganztägige Kinderbetreuung in der naheliegenden Kindervilla (7 - 20 Uhr)
• familienfreundliche Telearbeit möglich; 5 bzw. ab 43 Jahren 6 Wochen Urlaub
