Laborschleuder LS.
Laborschleuder zum universellen Einsatz, z.B. zum Filtrieren, Spülen, Waschen, Klären und Trennen. Durch
Wechseln der gelochten gegen eine ungelochte Trommel können Dekantierprozesse durchgeführt werden. Der
Einbau eines speziellen Arbeitskopfes ermöglicht das Schleudern definierter Becher.

Funktionsweise.
Die Laborschleuder ist eine Obenentleer-Zentrifuge mit perforierter (altern. ungelochter)
Trommel. Die Produktzuführung erfolgt über ein Zuführrohr oder Trichter im Maschinendeckel.
Die gereinigte Flüssigkeit wird in der Filtratauffangwanne gesammelt und seitlich über einen
Rohrstutzen ausgeleitet. Der Feststoff bleibt in der Trommel zurück und wird manuell ausgehoben. Beim Dekantieren wird die gereinigte Flüssigkeit über ein Schälrohr ausgetragen. Der Feststoff verbleibt, wie beim Filtrierprozess, in der Trommel.
Function.
The laboratory centrifuge LS is a top-discharge centrifuge with perforated
(alternative non-perforated) drum. The product will be fed into the machine
through a filling pipe or a funnel in the machine lid. The cleaned fluid will be
collected in the collecting tub. The fluid will flow out of the tub through a pipe socket
at the side of the centrifuge. The solid material will stay in the drum and will be removed by hand. While decanting the cleaned liquid will be lead out through a peeling
pipe. The solid remains in the drum.
