CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING COURSES
1. In order to apply for a place on our courses, a non-refundable deposit is required (as
stated) together with the Booking Form. It is advisable to call to provisionally reserve
your place prior to sending your Booking Form.
2. The balance of the course fees are payable 14 days prior to commencement of the first
course date. Failure to do so will open the place for another applicant and your deposit
will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation of a reserved course is required in writing to institute Derma Contour. No
refunds will be issued in the event of a student failing to attend a confirmed course.
4. It is the course applicants’ responsibility, having referred to relevant sources of course
information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. Derma
Contour will be pleased to provide advice but will accept no liability in the event that the
content of the course does not meet individual expectations.
5. It may be necessary for the Derma Contour institute to reschedule or cancel a course
due to any unforeseen circumstances, upon which a booking has been made. If the
reschedule dates of the course are not convenient to you, the institute’s liability will be
limited to a refund of the course fees or deposits paid.
6. Dermacontour institute reserves the right to alter the course venue at any time and the
right to decline applications.
7. All students are required to observe and abide by all the policies regarding health and
safety and any other regulation set out by institute.
The terms and conditions set out herein are a complete statement of the agreement between
the course applicant and The Derma Contour institute and supersede all discussions,
correspondence and representations made prior to the date of booking.

MODELS
For all courses we ask if possible to arrange at least one model to bring with you. We
try to get other models for you to practice on but this can be difficult and cannot be
definite. Therefore if it is possible THREE MODELS would be ideal.
If this causes a big problem for you please let us know as soon as possible and we will
endeavour to do our best to get models for you to practice on.
For students travelling from out of town please call for more information regarding
models.
