PREISINFORMATIONEN
INFORMATION ON THE RATES
Prezzi camere: i prezzi si intendono per persona e pernottamento per soggiorni settimanali
con il servizio di mezza pensione.
Incluso nel prezzo: aperitivo di benvenuto, ricco buffet di prima colazione, cena a tre portate
con menu a scelta, vasto buffet d’insalate, cena tipica ladina, uso della sala TV-satellitare
e lettura, palestra cardio-fitness, sala giochi, servizio wi-fi, posto macchina nel parcheggio
privato, posto sci nello skiroom con chiusura separata per camera, scaldascarponi con asciugatore, uso del CENTRO BENESSERE “SANA”: piscina coperta riscaldata, cascata, zona relax
panoramica, whirlpool, sauna finlandese, bagno turco alle erbe aromatiche, sauna al pino.
Camere: le camere sono dotate di doccia, servizi, bidet, phon, telefono, TV-Color-Sat con
radio, cassaforte, frigobar e balcone (ad esclusione di una camera Rustikal). Se le camere familiari sono occupate solo da due persone, verrá calcolato un supplemento in base al periodo.
Pasti: per pasti non consumati non viene praticata alcuna riduzione.
Caparra confirmatoria: si considerano impegnative solo le prenotazioni accompagnate da
una caparra confirmatoria di € 150,00 / € 250,00 a persona e settimana.
Arrivi e partenze: Le camere si intendono riservate dalle ore 14.00 del giorno di arrivo alle ore
09.00 del giorno di partenza.
Modalità di pagamento: per il pagamento si accettano contanti fino ad Euro 2.999,00,
assegni bancari, bancomat e carte di credito (NO American Express e Diners).
Accessori per il centro benessere: in camera sono a Vostra disposizione i teli da bagno per
l’uso del centro. Accappatoi e ciabattine sono noleggiabili al costo di € 10,00.
Numero della camera: purtroppo non siamo in grado di confermare in modo impegnativo
all’atto della prenotazione il numero della camera, il piano e la posizione, ma solo la
tipologia prescelta.
Annullamento della prenotazione:
- da 3 mesi ad 1 mese dalla data di arrivo: 50% della prenotazione
- da 1 mese a 14 giorni dalla data di arrivo: 60% della prenotazione
- da 14 giorni a 7 giorni dalla data di arrivo: 80% della prenotazione
- da 7 giorni dalla data di arrivo: 90% della prenotazione
- mancato arrivo, partenza anticipata, arrivo posticipato o letti non occupati: 100% della
prenotazione.
Solo le disdette pervenuteci per iscritto saranno considerate valide. Tali condizioni sono indipendenti dal fatto se le camere disdette vengano, interamente o anche solo in parte, riaffittate. La caparra confirmatoria viene in ogni caso trattenuta dall’albergo.
Bisogna prendere in considerazione, specialmente se si viaggia con bambini, che la prenotazione per qualche motivo debba essere cancellata oppure la vacanza interrotta in anticipo.
Per evitare spiacevoli spese, La consigliamo di stipulare un’assicurazione contro l’annullamento del viaggio direttamente con la “Europäische Reiseversicherung”; sul nostro sito

Zimmer: die Zimmer verfügen über Dusche, WC, Bidet, Fön, Telefon, Sat-Fernseher mit Radio,
Safe, Minibar und Balkon (mit Ausnahme eines Rustikal-Zimmers). Wenn ein Familienzimmer
nur von zwei Personen belegt wird, ist ein Aufschlag je nach Zeitraum vorgesehen.
Mahlzeiten: Bei nicht konsumierten Mahlzeiten wird kein Preisnachlass gewährt.
Angeld zur Bestätigung: Bestellungen werden nur als bindend betrachtet, wenn sie mit einem
Angeld zur Bestätigung von € 150,00 / € 250,00 pro Person und Woche begleitet werden.
An- und Abreise: Die Zimmer verstehen sich von 14.00 Uhr des Anreisetages bis 09.00 Uhr
des Abreisetages reserviert.
Zahlungsmittel: Für die Begleichung der Rechnung werden Barzahlungen bis € 2.999,00,
EC-Karten und Kreditkarten angenommen (NICHT American Express und Diners).
Bade-Accessoires: Badetücher für die Badelanschaftbenützung finden Sie im Zimmer vor.
Bademäntel und Badeschuhe sind zu einem Preis von € 10,00 ausleihbar.
Zimmernummer: Es ist uns leider nicht möglich, Ihnen innerhalb einer spezifischen Zimmerkategorie die Etage, Lage und Zimmernummer verbindlich zuzusagen, sondern nur die gewählte
Kategorie.
Stornokonditionen:
- von 3 Monaten bis 1 Monat vor Reiseantritt: 50% des gebuchten Reisepreises
- von 1 Monat bis 14 Tagen vor Reiseantritt: 60% des gebuchten Reisepreises
- von 14 Tagen bis 7 Tagen vor Reiseantritt: 80% des gebuchten Reisepreises
- von 7 Tagen bis zur Anreise: 90% des gebuchten Reisepreises
- bei Nichtanreise, vorzeitiger Abreise, späterem Eintreffen, sowie auch bei nicht besetzten
Betten: 100% des gebuchten Reisepreises. Zimmerstornierungen sind nur schriftlich gültig. Diese Stornokonditionen sind unabhängig davon, ob die stornierten Zimmer wieder ganz oder auch nur teilweise weitervermietet werden. Der
Angeld zur Bestätigung wird in keinem Fall rückerstattet. Denken Sie daran, vor allem wenn Sie
mit Kindern reisen, daß der gebuchte Urlaub aus irgend einem Grund storniert oder frühzeiteig
abgebrochen werden muß.

Room Rates: our rates are intended per person and day for a week-staying with half board.
Included in the rate: welcome aperitif, rich breakfast buffet, 3-course dinner with 3 choice
of menu, salad buffet, Thypical Tirolean Dinner, use of the TV room and reading room,fitness
room, kids room, wi-fi connection, parking space in our private car park, ski deposit in our
ski room with separate lock per room, ski boot heater and dryer,
use of our “SANA” WELLNESS CENTRE: heated indoor pool, waterfall, panoramic relaxation
area, Jacuzzi, finnish sauna, herbal steam bath, pine sauna, cold fog shower, relaxation
room, water beds.
Rooms: All rooms are equipped with shower, bidet, hairdryer, telephone, TV-Sat. with radio,
internet wi-fi, safe, mini-bar and balcony (except one rusikal room). If one family room is
occupated only by two people, the price will be surcharged according to the period.
Dinner: No reductions are granted for food not consumed.
Confirmatory deposit: your booking is considered firm after the receipt of a deposit of
€ 150,00 / € 250,00 per person and week.
Arrival and departure: The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9
a.m. on the day of departure.
Method of payment: we accept cash until Euro 2.999,00, credit cards (NO American
Express e Diners).
Accessories for the Wellness centre: the towels for the Wellness centre are available in
your room. Bathrobes and slippers can be rented at a fee of 10.00 Euro.
Room number: Unfortunately we can not confirm room number or floor at the point of booking, but we can only confirm the chosen room type.
Cancellation of booking:
- from 3 months to 1 month before check-in day: 50% of the booked travel price
- from 1 month to 14 days before check-in day: 60% of the booked travel price
- from 14 days to 7 days before check-in day: 80% of the booked travel price
- from 7 days to the check-in day: 90% of the booked travel price
- in case of no show, late arrival, early departure, not occupated reserved beds:
100% of the booked price.
Only written cancellations are considered valid. These conditions are independent if the
cancelled rooms will be totally or partially reoccupated. The confirmatory deposit will not
be refunded.
Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. We recommend protecting yourself with the “HGV hotel cancellation
Insurance” as a precaution against cancellation or termination, more information you

Our hotel is situated in an ideal location only 10 meters from the Piz La Ila cable-way
station, which is directly connected to the Sella Ronda.
• We are in front of the ski-pass office, the ski-school and the ski-rental.
• Only a few kilometres: ice skating, cross-country track, toboggan run, etc.
