Module Lecturers
Process management and production is a main field in business
administration studies. Students learn how to plan a production and
how to design, manage, and optimize processes involved. The
module keywords range from input factors to Just-In–Time concepts.
Also included are services (touristic and others) which are regarded
today like a product, and an introduction in Hotel Management.
