Multi Components Injection Moulding
EHLEBRACHT Kunststoff-Technik offers its customers the injection moulding production of technical and optical components, as well as surface
refinement and module assemblies from a single
source. With our competencies on multi-component injection moulding, complementary to our
single component injection moulding production, we are able to offer to our customers a
highly flexible technology with regards to product design and function which also provides
trend-setting potentials.
The constantly increasing requirements and wishes of
our customers result in increasing complexity of the
product design and product scope, as well as growing
variant diversity. This makes the implementation of innovative solutions necessary through the intelligent linking
of reproducible production processes along the entire
value chain.
An important performance component for the optimum
configuration of the value chain with work-sharing production processes is plastic injection moulding production in a multi-component process.

Mit der Kombination von Hart- und Weich-Komponenten werden neben den optischen auch haptische Akzente möglich oder funktionale Lösungen geschaffen, z.B.
mit Dämpfungseigenschaften, die im Fahrzeug Klappern
und Quietschen vermeiden oder dauerhaft schonend für
die Bedienung eines Bohrhammers sein können.
By means of combining hard and soft components it is
possible not only to create optical but also for example haptic accentuations or functional solutions, e.g. with
damping characteristics that prevent rattling and squeaking inside the vehicle or that may provide permanent
protection with the operation of a drill hammer.
Durch die Kombination von Hart-Hart-Komponenten
sind farbliche Differenzierungen möglich, wodurch z.B.
auf separate Oberflächenveredelungen (z.B. Lackieren,
Heißprägen, Bedrucken) verzichtet werden kann.
By combining hard and hard components it is possible
to achieve colour differentiation, whilst this may also
lead to the possibility to implement the substitution of
for example separate surface refinements (e.g. painting,
hot stamping, printing).

Technology typically conducts project planning and realization of new
multi-component tools for injection moulding at its tool shops in Germany
and China as well as at selected tool shop partners in Europe.
Im Rahmen der Projektentwicklung in Vorbereitung auf
die Serienlieferung übernehmen wir die Projektierung
der Mehr-Komponenten-Spritzgusswerkzeuge und
dazu erforderlicher Vorrichtungen für die jeweiligen
Komponenten zur Lieferung an unsere Kunden.
