Ticket Sale Starting
Starting into the official IKA year 2016 we have good news
for interested participants and visitors: The ticket sale is
officially starting! Tickets can be booked via the inoga
website here and will be available from the 22 of January.
Please keep in mind that due to time shifts delays in the
activation of the link are possible. We are looking forward
to welcoming our international guests and want to thank
you for your trust, loyalty and great cooperation.
We hope you had a great start into 2016 and look forward
to meeting you in Erfurt!
Ticketverkauf startet
Zu Beginn des offiziellen IKA-Jahres 2016 haben wir gute
Nachrichten für interessierte Teilnehmer und Besucher: Der
Ticketverkauf startet bald! Tickets können über die inoga
Webseite hier gebucht werden und sind ab dem 22.
Januar erhältlich. Bitte bedenken Sie, dass es durch die
Zeitverschiebungen zu Verzögerungen in der Aktivierung
des Links kommen kann. Wir freuen uns darauf unsere
internationalen Gäste begrüßen zu können und bedanken
uns für ihr Vertrauen, ihre Loyalität und die großartige
Kooperation.

Thank You For The Music!
For the official IKA-Welcoming of the participants, the
"Entry of Nations", every nation will be given the
opportunity to have their own song playing while they walk
to the stage on 21 October. Please let us know until 31.
March which song you would like to have us play while
your team presents themselves to the other participants.
Please send your team picture (jpg, at least 300 dpi) and
your song (mp3, at least three minutes) to Beate
Teichmann.

Für die offizielle IKA-Begrüßung, den "Einmarsch der
Nationen", wird jede Nation die Gelegnheit haben ihren
eigenen Song für ihren Einmarsch am 21. Oktober
beizusteuern. Bitte teilen Sie uns bis zum 31. März mit,
welches Lied Ihr Team auf die Bühne begleiten soll. Bitte
senden Sie uns hierfür auch frühzeitig ein Gruppenbild
Ihrer Mannschaft (jpg, mindestens 300 dpi) und Ihren
Song (mp3, mindestens drei Minuten) an Beate
Teichmann.

Kitchen Setup
Although the year is still young, we are of course already
pulling strings, negotiating with partners and organising
everything to make the IKA a memorable and smooth
event for all participants. Our IKA-Sponsor MKN will provide
the thermal cooking devices, while IKA-Sponsor Cool
Compact will provide cooling and freezing devices. Further
information about numbers and types of kitchen devices
will be available via our homepage soon. For further
information please contact Beate Teichmann at
[email protected]. Please, also tell Mrs.
Teichmann the name of your hotel and the name of your
preparation kitchen.
To ensure all arrangements for the IKA/Culinary Olympics
run smoothly, it is important to know in time if the
hotels’ reserved contingencies and preparation kitchen
facilities will actually be used by the culinary teams. The
German Chefs Association (VKD) can only help find hotel
rooms and kitchens if the individual teams get in touch

Küchenausstattung
Obwohl das neue Jahr noch jung ist, wird hinter den
Kulissen der IKA natürlich schon fleissig verhandelt und
organisiert, um die IKA für alle Teilnehemr zu einem
unvergesslichen und reibungslosen Event zu machen.
Unser IKA-Sponsor MKN wird die thermalen
Küchenlösungen für die Teilnehmer stellen, während IKASponsor Cool Compact Schockfroster und Kühlschränke
beisteuern wird. Weitere Informationen zu Anzahl und
Typen der Küchengeräte folgen in den nächsten Wochen
und sind auf unserer Webseite abrufbar.

unterkommen und in welcher Küche Sie trainieren werden.
Für die reibungslose Organisation der IKA/Olympiade der
Köche ist es sehr wichtig frühzeitig zu wissen, inwieweit
das Hotelzimmer- und Vorbereitungsküchen-Kontingent
des VKD von den Mannschaften genutzt wird. Hilfestellung
des VKD bei der Suche nach Zimmern und Küchen ist nur
dann gewährleistet, wenn die einzelnen Teams sich bei der
VKD-Geschäftsstelle melden! Selbstverständlich können
Sie sich auch an Frau Teichmann wenden, wenn Sie noch
keine Zimmer oder Küchen haben.
Noble Tableware
For optimal presentation of the delicious dishes of our
Olympians, IKA sponsor RAK will provide the right
tableware. Our community caterers will use the tableware
series ACCESS for the competition, while the national
teams and the youth national teams will use the series
GIRO. Exact dimensions, product names and delivery
options will be available soon on our website.

Für die optimale Darreichung der köstlichen Speisen
unserer Olympioniken sorgt in diesem Jahr IKA-Sponsor

ACCESS zum Einsatz, für die Nationalmannschaft und die
