BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accomodation should complete this form and return it by fax or by mail to reach
Viagens Abreu as soon as possible and no later than June 30 th, 2002. After this date, we can not guarantee
neither the hotels, nor the prices. Payment of 1 night accommodation must accompany this form. Viagens Abreu
will send you confirmation of reservation by fax, or e-mail. All cancelations/amendments must be done in written (fax,
letter or e-mail). Cancellations without penalties until July 15th, 2002. After July 16th, until August 15th, 2002, 50%
cancellation fees. After August 16th, reservations will not merit a refund.
Those wishing to attend one or more tours are requested to complete this form and return it by fax or by mail to reach
Viagens Abreu no later than August 31, 2002, together with the tour full payment. After this date, besides no
guarantees of availability, a 10% penalty will be applied. Cancellations without penalties until September 6, 2002.
After this date, tour reservations will not merit a refund.
