POUR PARTICIPER
AU 8ÈME TROPHÉE DES BAIES
•
Constituer une équipe de kayakistes de mer représentant une des plus belles baies du monde ( la vôtre)
avec 1 à 8 personnes maximum.
•

Prendre connaissance, sur le site internet, de la CHARTE du Trophée et y adhérer.
D’ailleurs, la lecture attentive du site pourra se révéler utile pour votre équipe… ;-)
• A chaque participant, il est demandé :
/ Sécurité /

Savoir nager, pratiquer la récupération assistée et observer les règles élémentaires de sécurité.
Être capable de parcourir 30 à 40 kms sur la journée, en kayak de mer.

Accéder au site par ses propres moyens,

Apporter un objet symbolique de sa baie
Participer comme indiqué aux frais d’organisation
Apporter le nécessaire personnel; le matériel de kayak de mer voire de bivouac peut être
gracieusement fourni sur place, uniquement pour les équipes les plus lointaines . Le demander
Apporter un plat typique de sa baie
• L’équipe apportera également :
Un drapeau et une guirlande de fanions ( env. 6 mètres) de sa baie.
Un CD de 20 photos sur sa baie ( paysages, vie, détails,…kayak, et éventuel trophée passé ) , avec nom de
la baie, carte de la zone et sa situation.
Un CD de chansons , musiques ou danses typiques de sa région.
A remettre à l’organisation, lors de la confirmation des inscriptions, juste avant le topo d’accueil.

Renvoyer le volet d’inscription complètement rempli et signé par TOUTE l’équipe, en gage de
l’acceptation du règlement, à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessous, accompagné du montant global
des frais d’inscription de l’équipe par chèque bancaire ou mandat postal international:
soit 250 euros / personne, pour la semaine, incluant les frais d’organisation, de camping, 3
soirées festives, le brunch de départ, le ferry.

Kayakistes de 14 à 17 ans, mentionnez votre âge : vous devrez fournir un consentement parental
écrit et être accompagné d’un kayakiste majeur. Des informations seront fournies sur demande
aux familles accompagnatrices.

Une confirmation d’inscription vous parviendra en retour,
complémentaires sur votre participation à la semaine du trophée.

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 8TH BAYS’TROPHY
 Make up a team of sea-kayakers for one of the most beautiful bays in the world ( yours !) . (1 to 8
paddlers max.)
 Please go through out the Bays’ Trophy website: at the least, make sure you can fulfil the Charter.
At the most, reading the whole pages may be useful for your team…

Every participant is required to :
Safetyness
♦ At least know how to swim, help rescue others and respect the basic safety rules.
♦ Be able to paddle for 20-25 miles a day.
Participation
♦ Reach the site by their own means.
♦ Participate in the organisation expenses as indicated.
♦ Bring the personal necessary : the equipment for sea-kayaking
and bivoaquing is provided only for the
farest teams . Please ask for, eventually.
♦ Bring a symbolic object of his bay.
♦ Bring a typical food from his bay.
This year, the team will also bring with:
♦ a flag of their bay and also a garland of pennons of their bay ( +/- 6 meters long) .
♦ A CD of 20 slides presenting their bay, ( landscapes, life, details, …sea kayaking and eventual passed
Bays’Trophy) with its name, the map and situation), possibly including a short video clip;
( or a CD presenting their bay and the Bays’ Trophy, if it already took place there)
♦ An audio or video CD with songs or music or typical danses of your bay or country.

Give them to the organizers, when checking registrations, just before the arrival briefing,.
 Please, fill in the application form, FOR THE WHOLE TEAM, WITH COMPLETE INFORMATIONS AND
EVERYBODY’S SIGNATURE, MEANING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES - and send it to the
address beneath, with a bank-cheque or a postal money order of the total amount of fees for
the whole team:
250 euros a week per paddler, including: camping-sites, ferry,
3 celebration meals, the departure brunch, and guidance through the week.
> Young paddlers, between 14 and 18 years old, mention your birth date and ask for a parental
consent declaration to be signed: you will be welcome with another responsible adult applicant.

Bildet eine Gruppe (8 maximal) von Seekajakfahrern des “Clubs der schönsten
Meeresbuchten der Welt”!
Seht euch bitte auf der Webseite die Charta an und prüft, ob ihr sie einhalten könnt.
> Anforderungen an jeden Teilnehmer:
Sicherheit
♦ Guter Schwimmer, Hilfeleistung beimm Retten Anderer, Einhaltung
Sicherheits-Anforderungen
♦ Fähigkeit, 30 – 40 km pro Tag auf offenen Gewässern zu paddeln

♦ Die Teilnehmer organisieren Ihre Anreise selbst
♦ Die Teilnahmegebühren sind gemäß Ausschreibung zu entrichten.
♦ Jeder Teilnehmer bringt seine eigene Zelt- und Paddelausrüstung einschließlich Boot mit.
Unterstützung kann nur in eingeschränktem Maß für die sehr weit anreisenden Gruppen
gewährt werden.
♦ Bringt bitte symbolische Dinge von eurer Meeresbucht mit.
♦ Bringt bitte typische essen von eurer Meeresbucht mit.
 Jede Gruppe bringt bitte weiterhin mit:
♦ Eine Fahne von ihrer Meeresbucht /
♦ Ein CD von 20 Fotos über ihre Meeresbucht und situation
♦ Ein kurz Lied aus der Region /
 Gebt diese Dinge bitte bei eurer Anreise bei den Organisatoren ab.

É solicitado que cada participante:
/ Segurança /
♦ Know-nadar recuperação prática e observar as regras básicas de sécurité.
♦ /.Etre capaz de andar 30 a 40 kms no dia caiaque qua
/ Participação /
♦ Acesse o site por sua própria moyens.
♦ Participer como descrito em custos organizacionais.
♦ Proporcionar o necessário pessoal, equipamento, mar caiaque e até mesmo campo que podem ser
fornecidos gratuitamente, no local, apenas para os mais distantes equipas . Demander
♦ Apporter O objeto da sua simbólica baie
♦ .Apporter um prato típico da sua baía.

A equipe também irá proporcionar:
Uma bandeira e uma grinalda de bandeiras (cerca de 6 metros) baie.
Un do seu CD de 20 fotografias sobre a sua Baía (paisagens, a vida, detalhes, caiaque e qualquer troféu --passado), com: nome da baía, mapa da área e situation.
Un CD de músicas, músicas e danças do seu région.

A dão a organização, após a confirmação de inscrição, pouco antes do topo Frente

Reenviar componente registro totalmente preenchido e assinado por TODA a equipa, como um sinal de
aceitação da , o adrese indicada abaixo, juntamente com o montante total de honorários da equipa por
cheque ou ordem Internacional:
250 euros por pessoa para a semana, incluindo: custos organizacionais, campismo, 3 noites festivas brunch
partida do ferry.
 Caiaque de 14 a 17 anos, mencionar a sua idade, você deve fornecer por escrito o consentimento
dos pais e estar acompanhados por um kayaker majeur.
