The lowest score from the administrative sector, indicates: - a high cost to support a round-theclock Tele-ECG system. - a lack of financial support for public telemedicine. - a possible medical overuse of TeleECGs. The suggestions and criticisms from this survey emphasize the importance of promoting technical and financial discussions about public e-health.
