SURVEY OBJECTIVES
™ To evaluate the degree of satisfaction of: patients,
medical doctors, nursing staff and the administrative
sector of the urban hospital
™ To analyse the results in an attempt to get a
multidisciplinary evaluation of the Tele-ECG System
™ To establish in the near future – based on the
survey results – technical and administrative
decisions to improve the quality and the efficacy of
the system

- a high cost to support a round-theclock Tele-ECG system.
