superb rFactor and the Bude
but one thing,
i used to race a bit of rFactor, the worst and best thing about rFactor is the number of MOD's so you can end having to
download GB's of data and people always rush to a new MOD only to play them a few times.
please DON'T rush to every new MOD
but i'm sure you know this anyways

VERSION, what version of rFactor are you running and can you have this INFO on the front/home page in text the size of
a house, we maybe not that big :) but have the txt so you can't miss it.
can't wait to get on your server, as the performance of your Alt & Pils servers is mega and with the better netcode of
rFactor it's going to be stunning.

should get here sometime, well in 3gb of download time and my Rfactor install was already at 9.5GB before installing the
bude stuff.

the servers are called www1.bock... and its possible to use more the one rFactor. You can separate a Buden-rFactor
directory.

hi are or is anyone saying i can just move rfactor to any drive on my machine, as that's the 40GB partition full, and it only
has GTL/GTR2 and rFactor on it or can i just move GTL or GTR2.
ok it failed the download doing a porsche mod but rfactor would open the mod but the car skins where missing, i deleted
all the .zip files in the mods and car folder and restarted the download script and it looks like it's working. hats off

Adjusting the folder-paths in the menu of the scribt should do the thing. (For starting rFactor by direct links from website
the registry key would have to be adjusted also)
Best possibility would be to do a clean install wherever you want AND adjust the paths in the scribt-config-menu.
The scribt will look for the files lokal!
Keep up the .zip-files in the download-archive, so the automatic updater needn't dowload all the stuff again. A clean
install with files from archive works just in minutes.

hi
got on yesterday, to be thrashed at fuji (a version of track i've not driven) in the 911GT2, it was a bit out of control but
good fun. Then later on did a few races in the "on steroids big wing BMW 320 E21" and on that snake track (RSP) it's a
great combo.
to get more space on my 40GB partition i moved all the .zip files from GTL / GTR2 and rFactor to another drive then used
the folder tab in the download script for each sim to point at the new location.
next i'll see if partition magic can Keep the same driver letter but add in one of the other 40gb partitons.

partition magic worked, so i have another 40GB to play with, JUST AS WELL as that's another 200MB of rFactor tracks
and stuff to download since friday !!! + the 120MB from the Alt and X MB from Pils, man if i went on holday for 2 weeks
i'd have to download err... counts... add's a bit on...times 14...., = a lot lol
