CONDIZONI DI PRENOTAZIONE:
RESERVIERUNGSMODALITÄTEN:
1. Le prenotazioni delle piazzole non hanno giorni fissi d’inizio o di termine. Sono prenotabili le piazzole
della zona segnata in “rosa” sulla piantina del campeggio (permanenza minima 5 giorni). Le piazzole saranno disponibili dalle ore 15.00, mentre la partenza dovrà avvenire entro le ore 11.00.
1. Die Reservierungen der Stellplätze sind nicht auf bestimmte An- und Abreisetage festgelegt (mindestens 5 Übernachtungen). Es können die Stellplätze im Bereich reserviert werden, die auf der Campingkarte „rosa“ eingezeichnet ist. Belegung des Stellplatzes ab 15.00 Uhr, Freilassung am Abreisetag bis
11.00 Uhr.
2. Le nostre unità abitative possono essere prenotate per periodi settimanali, l’inizio e il termine del
periodo varia a seconda della tipologia; Maxi Mare e Maxi Sole venerdì/venerdì; Chalet Garden e
Chalet Paradiso sabato/sabato; Maxi Bürstner e Caravan Bürstner domenica/domenica. Le unità
abitative saranno disponibili dalle ore 17.00, mentre la partenza dovrà avvenire entro le ore 10.00.
Il pagamento del soggiorno dovrà avvenire un giorno prima della partenza all’ufficio cassa dove si
deve inoltre fissare l’appuntamento con l’incaricata/o per il controllo dell’unità abitativa.
3. I ritardi nell’arrivo e le partenze anticipate ed eventuali variazioni del periodo prenotato possono
comportare la variazione del numero della piazzola o dell’unità richiesta, o al pagamento del prezzo
della piazzola o dell’unità se il periodo prenotato non viene rioccupato.
4. I ritardi nell’arrivo o le partenze anticipate, comportano comunque il pagamento dell’intero periodo
prenotato.
5. La caparra è calcolata sul periodo prenotato e da versare (entro i tempi indicati nell’offerta di
prenotazione) tramite: vaglia postale c/c n. 15671308; bonifico bancario c/c n. 000020062590
presso UniCreditBanca filiale di Jesolo Lido Piazza Trieste cab 36142 abi 2008 Swift: UNCRIT2B;
IBAN: IT 49 U 02008 036142 000020062590 UNCRIT 2B specificando il motivo del versamento;
a mezzo carta di credito - informazioni sul sito www.gardenparadiso.it (vedi “pagamenti”); invio di
assegno circolare “non trasferibile” intestato al Camping Garden Paradiso. L’importo della caparra
verrà detratto dal conto del soggiorno.
6. In caso di rinuncia alla prenotazione la caparra verrà restituita per intero, tolte le spese di restituzione, qualora pervenga al campeggio una comunicazione scritta almeno 45 giorni prima dell’inizio
del soggiorno.
7. Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate direttamente presso il camping oppure per lettera, telefono (con successiva conferma scritta), fax o E-mail. La prenotazione è da considerarsi definita solo
con l’invio da parte del campeggio della “conferma di prenotazione”.
2. Die Wohneinheiten müssen für eine oder mehrere Wochen reserviert werden; der An- bzw. Abreisetag
ist je nach Wohneinheit unterschiedlich: Maxi Mare und Maxi Sole am Freitag; Maxi Garden und Chalet
Paradiso am Samstag; Maxi Bürstner und Caravan Bürstner am Sonntag. Am Anreisetag können die
Wohneinheiten ab 17.00 Uhr belegt werden und müssen am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr freigelassen
werden. Die Zahlung des Aufenthalts wird ein Tag vor Abreise an der Kasse geleistet, wo auch ein Termin für die Kontrolle der Wohneinheitsausstattung mit dem zuständingen Mitarbeiter festgelegt wird.
3. Verspätete Ankünfte oder vorverlegte Abreisen und eventuelle Abweichungen vom gebuchten Zeitraum
können eine Änderung der Stellplatz- bzw. Mieteinheitsnummer mit sich tragen; falls der reservierte
Zeitraum nicht wiedervermietet wird, kann die Zahlung des Stellplatz- oder Mieteinheitspreises verlangt
werden.
4. Im Falle einer verspäteten Ankunft bzw. einer vorzeitigen Abfahrt muß die gesamte Reservierungszeit
bezahlt werden.
5. Die Höhe der zu leistenden Anzahlung richtet sich nach der gebuchten Aufenthaltsdauer. Die Überweisung kann innerhalb der im Reservierungsangebot angegebenen Frist durch Banküberweisung auf das
Konto Nr. 2480140 bei der Hypo Vereinsbank AG-Filiale Promenadeplatz München, BLZ 70020270,
für Zahlungen aus dem Ausland SWIFT: HYVEDEMMXXX, IBAN DE97700202700002480140; mit
Kreditkarte über unsere Webseite www.gardenparadiso.it unter “Zahlungen”; durch Postüberweisung
oder mittels eines an Camping Garden Paradiso ausgestellten Verrechnungsschecks erfolgen. Bei der
Zahlung ist der Empfänger “Camping Garden Paradiso” anzugeben. Der Betrag wird nach Ablauf der
Aufenthaltsdauer von der Rechnung abgezogen.
6. Bei Stornierungen wird die geleistete Kaution nur rückerstattet, wenn der Campingplatz eine schriftliche
Absage bis zu 45 Tagen vor der vorgesehen Ankunft erhält.
7. Reservierungen können direkt am Campingplatz, per Telefon, Email, Fax, oder per Post erfolgen. Die
Buchung hat erst dann Gültigkeit, wenn diese vom Campingplatz schriftlich bestätigt wird.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. Pitches can be booked for any number of days (5 days minimum). The pitches available for booking are shown in pink on the map of the campsite. The emplacements will be available from 3 p.m.
on and check-out by 11 a.m.

réserver les emplacements de la zone prédéterminée mieux visible sur le plan du camping. L’arrivée
sur l’emplacement devra avoir lieu à partir de 15.00 heures et le départ avant 11.00 heures.
2. Units can be hired for periods of one week or multiples a week, beginning and ending at different
days according to the type of unit Maxi Mare and Maxi Sole on Friday; Chalet Garden and Chalet
Paradiso on Saturday; Maxi Bürstner and Caravan Bürstner on Sunday. The payment of the stay has
to be made one day before departure at the cash office where an appointment for the inspection of
the hired unit can be arranged. The unit will be available from 5 p.m. on, check-out by 10 a.m.
2. Les Caravans et Chalets doivent être réservées pour des périodes hebdomadaires. Le début et la fin de
la période varie selon le type de logement: Maxi Mare et Maxi Sole vendredi/vendredi; Chalet Garden et
Chalet Paradiso samedi/samedi; Maxi Bürstner et Caravan Bürstner dimanche/dimanche. Les logements
sont disponibles à partir de 17 h et doivent être libérés avant 10 h le jour du départ. Le règlement de
séjour doit s’effectuer dans la caisse un jour avant le départ. Nous vous conseillons de prendre rapidement rendez-vous avec le personnel prepose au contrôle du logement.
3. Delayed arrivals, anticipated departures or possible variations of the booked period might suffer
modifications of the number of the pitch or unit booked and/or the payment of the costs of the
pitch/unit in case the booked period will not be reoccupied.

18.00 heures du jour suivant le jour de réservation.
4. In case of delayed arrivals or early departures, the full amount for the period booked remains
due.
4. Si vous arrivez en retard le jour de l’arrivée, si vous partez à l’avance ou modifiez les dates de votre
séjour, il est possible que l’on vous attribue un autre logement ou que l’on vous demande de régler le
paiment de l’emplacement ou du logement s’ils ne sont pas reloués.
5. The calculation of the deposit is based on the amount due for the entire period booked and should

6. In the event of cancellation, the full deposit will be refunded, except the refund costs, if written
notice of cancellation reaches the Campsite Management at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the period booked.
6. En cas d’annulation de la réservation, les arrhes seront entièrement remboursées, tous frais deduits, à
condition que le camping en aie été préalablement informé par écrit 45 jours au moins avant le début
du séjour.
7. Bookings can be made directly on the campsite, by letter, phone (followed by written confirmation), fax or E-mail. Reservations are to be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a “Booking
Confirmation” on the part of the campsite.
7. Les réservations peuvent se faire directement au camping ou bien par lettre, coup de fil (confirmé par
écrit par la suite), fax ou E-mail. La réservation ne sera définitive que lorsque le camping aura renvoyé
la “confirmation de réservation”.

Tutte le unità abitative sono dotate di: frigo, fornello a gas e forno a
microonde, stoviglie, acqua calda, bagno con doccia (senza doccia nei Caravan Bürstner) televisione satellitare, aria condizionata
e/o riscaldamento, biancheria (esclusa quella da bagno), 2 lettini
sdraio, posto auto presso la unità. Su richiesta: lettino bambini,
seggiolone, spondina letto, asciugamani. Per permanenza minimo
7 giorni la biancheria (esclusa quella da bagno) è compresa nel
prezzo. Cambio biancheria 1 volta alla settimana.
Alle Wohneinheiten verfügen über: Kühlschrank, Gasherd und
Mikrowellenofen, Geschirr, Warmwasser, Bad mit Dusche (keine
Dusche im Caravan Bürstner) SAT-Fernseher, Klimaanlage
und/oder Heizung, 2 Sonnenliegen, Autoabstellplatz neben der
Wohneinheit. Auf Anfrage: Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Schutzgitter,
Handtücher. Bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von 7 Tagen ist die
Bettwäsche (keine Handtücher) inbegriffen.
Wäschewechsel einmal wöchentlich.
All units include: fridge, gas-ring, microwave-oven, pottery, hot
water, bathroom with shower (no shower in the Caravan Bürstner)
SAT-TV, air conditioning/ heating, car parking next to unit.
On request: baby cot, high chair, bed protection, hand towels.

Von 23.00 - 07.30 Uhr und von 13.00 - 15.00 Uhr wird absolute
Ruhe verlangt. Insbesondere ist folgendes untersagt:
- das Ein - und Ausfahren - das Fahren innerhalb der Anlage mit
Fahrzeugen jeglicher Art (auch mit Fahrrädern)
- Benutzung von Sport - und Unterhaltungsgeräten.

Touts les logements sont munis de: réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four
microondes, kit vaisselle, eau chaud, bain avec douche (sans
douche dans le Caravan Bürstner), télévision SAT, climatiseur/
chauffage, 2 chaises longues, parking à coté du logement.
Sur demande lit et chaise pour enfant, barrière de lit, essui-mains.
Pour séjours de 7 journées et plus la linge de maison (pas de linge
de bain) est comprise. Change du linge: une fois par semaine.
Les reductions ne sont pas cumulatifs et pour les obtenir il faut
payer pour le sejour à l’ arrivée au camping.
A partir de 12.00 heures il faut payer une autre journée.
Horaires du bureau Caisse et de Change: 8.00-12.00 / 16.00-19.00.
Pour les payments effectués au dehors des horaires de caisse:
€ 10,00 droit fixe.
Taxes et I.V.A. 10% inclus dans le prix.
Animaux pas admis.
De 23.00 à 7.30 et de 13.00 à 15.00 il faut respecter le silence
absolu.
Surtout il est interdit :
- de entrer et sortir du camping en voiture et la circulation des
velos dans le camping.
- de utiliser les installations sportives et des loisirs.
La Direction se réserve le droit de modifier la présente liste des prix.
