Tutte le unità abitative sono dotate di: frigo, fornello e forno a microonde, stoviglie, acqua calda, bagno con doccia, televisione satellitare, aria
condizionata e/o riscaldamento, un posto auto.
Su richiesta: lettino bambini, seggiolone, spondina letto, asciugamani.
Per permanenza minima 3 giorni la biancheria (esclusa quella da
bagno) è compresa nel prezzo.
Cambio biancheria 1 volta alla settimana.
Le offerte e gli sconti non sono cumulabili, per poterne usufruire si
richiede il pagamento anticipato.
A partire dalle ore 12.00 verrà conteggiata un’ulteriore giornata.
Orario apertura ufficio Cassa-Cambio: 8.00-12.00 / 16.00-19.00.
Per pagamenti fuori orario € 10.00 diritto fisso.
I prezzi non comprendono l’imposta di soggiorno.

Alle Wohneinheiten verfügen über: Kühlschrank, Kochherd und Mikrowellenofen, Geschirr, Warmwasser, Bad mit Dusche, SAT-Fernseher, Klimaanlage und/oder Heizung, 1 Autoabstellplatz.
Auf Anfrage: Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Schutzgitter, Handtücher.
Bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Tagen ist die Bettwäsche (keine Handtücher) inbegriffen.
Wäschewechsel einmal wöchentlich.
Die Ermässigungen und Sonderangebote können nicht gemeinsam in
Anspruch genommen werden und um sie zu nutzen, müssen die
Zahlungen immer im voraus erfolgen.
Ab 12 Uhr mittags, wird ein weiterer Aufenthaltstag berechnet.
Öffnungszeiten der Kasse und Wechselstube: 8.00-12.00 h / 16.00-19.00 h.

Touts les logements sont munis de: réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four microondes, kit vaisselle, eau chaude, bain avec douche, télévision SAT, climatiseur/chauffage, 1 parking.
Sur demande lit et chaise pour enfants, barrière de lit, essuie-mains.
Pour séjour de 3 journées et plus la linge de maison (pas de linge de bain)
est comprise. Change de linge: une fois par semaine.
Les réductions ne sont pas cumulatives et pour les obtenir il faut payer
pour le séjour avant l’ arrivée au camping.
A partir de 12.00 heures il faut payer une autre journée.
Horaires du bureau Caisse-Change: 8.00-12.00 / 16.00-19.00.
Pour les payments effectués au dehors des horaires de caisse:
€ 10.00 droit fixe.
Les prises n’incluent pas le taxe de séjour.

CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE:
RESERVIERUNGSMODALITÄTEN:
1. Le prenotazioni delle piazzole non hanno giorni fissi d’inizio o di termine. Sono prenotabili le piazzole (Standard o Dream) della zona segnata in “rosa” sulla piantina del campeggio. Nei mesi di Luglio e Agosto non si accettano prenotazioni per periodi inferiori ai 7 giorni. Le
piazzole saranno disponibili dalle ore 15.00, mentre la partenza dovrà avvenire entro le ore 11.00.
2. Le nostre unità abitative possono essere prenotate per periodi settimanali, l’inizio e il termine del
periodo varia a seconda della tipologia: S. Marco 2 camere, Maxi Venezia e S. Castello venerdì/venerdì; Maxi Mare, S. Marco 3 camere, Chalet Paradiso e Borgo Fiorito sabato/sabato; Borgo Azzurro,
Campiello Veneziano e Caravan Bürstner domenica/domenica. Le unità abitative saranno disponibili
dalle ore 17.00, mentre la partenza dovrà avvenire entro le ore 10.00. il pagamento del soggiorno
e l’appuntamento con l’incaricato/a per il controllo dell’unità abitativa dovranno avvenire almeno un
giorno prima della partenza all’ufficio cassa.
3. In caso di ritardato arrivo, l’unità sarà tenuta a disposizione sino alle ore 17.00 del giorno successivo
a quello prenotato. I ritardi nell’arrivo e le partenza anticipate ed eventuali variazioni del periodo
prenotato possono comportare la variazione del numero della piazzola o dell’unità richiesta. La prenotazione garantisce la disponibilità di una piazzola o unità abitativa non la sua posizione o numero.
4. I ritardi nell’arrivo o le partenze anticipate, comportano comunque il pagamento dell’intero periodo
prenotato.
5. La caparra è calcolata sul periodo prenotato e da versare (entro i tempi indicato nell’offerta di prenotazione) tramite: bonifico bancario presso UNICREDIT Banca filiale di Treviso 31100 TREVISO
(TV), P.ZA MONTE DI PIETA’, 3 IBAN: IT 82 M 02008 12028 000000610659 - BIC SWIFT: UNCRITMMOTE, specificando il numero di prenotazione; a mezzo carta di credito – informazioni sul sito
www.gardenparadiso.it (vedi “pagamenti”). L’importo della caparra verrà detratto dal conto del soggiorno.
6. In caso di rinuncia alla prenotazione la caparra verrà restituita per intero, tolte le spese di restituzione, qualora pervenga al campeggio una comunicazione scritta almeno 45 giorni prima dell’inizio del
soggiorno.
7. Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate direttamente dal sito www.gardenparadiso.it oppure tramite E-mail a [email protected], presso il camping, con lettera, telefono (successiva conferma
scritta).
8. La prenotazione è da considerarsi definita solo con l’invio da parte del campeggio della
“conferma di prenotazione”.
VIETATO FUMARE ALL’INTERNO DELLE UNITA’ ABITATIVE
1. Reservierungen von Stellplätzen sind nicht an feste An- oder Ab reisetage gebunden.
Die Stellplätze (Standard und Dream) sind auf Reservierung und befinden sich auf dem
Lageplan in dem rosafarbenen Bereich. Für die Monate Juli und August können keine Buchungen
für weniger als 7 Tage angenommen werden. Belegung der Stellpätze ab 15.00 Uhr, Freilassung am
Abreisetag bis 11.00 Uhr.
2. Die Wohneinheiten müssen für eine oder mehrere Wochen reserviert werden, der An - bzw. Abreisetag
ist je nach Wohneinheit unterschiedlich: S. San Marco 2 Zi., Maxi Venezia und S. Castello am Freitag;
Maxi Mare, S. Marco 3 Zi., Chalet Paradiso und Borgo Fiorito am Samstag; Borgo Azzurro, Campiello
Veneziano und Caravan Bürstner am Sonntag. Am Anreisetag können die Wohneinheiten ab 17.00
Uhr belegt werden und müssen am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr freigelassen werden. Die Zahlung des
Aufenthalts wird spätestens ein Tag vor Abreise an der Kasse geleistet, wo auch ein Termin für die
Kontrolle der Wohneinheitsausstattung mit dem zuständigen Mitarbeiter festgelegt wird.
3. Bei verspäteter Ankunft wird die Wohneinheit bis 17.00 Uhr des Folgetages der gebuchten Anreise
frei gehalten. Jede Änderung des Buchungszeitraumes kann dazu führen, dass die Nummer der
gewünschten Einheit geändert wird. Die Buchung garantiert die Verfügbarkeit eines Stellplatzes
oder einer Wohneinheit, dies bezieht sich jedoch nicht auf einen bestimmten Stellplatz oder einer
bestimmten Wohneinheit.
4. Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise muss dennoch für den gesamten gebuchten
Zeitraum bezahlt werden.
5. Die Höhe der zu leistenden Anzahlung richtet sich nach der gebuchten Aufenthaltsdauer. Die Überweisung kann innerhalb der im Reservierungsangebot angegebenen Frist durch Banküberweisung
auf das Konto UNICREDIT Banca, Filiale Treviso PIAZZA MONTE DI PIETA’, 3, 31100 TREVISO
(TV), ITALIEN, IBAN: IT 82 M 02008 12028 000000610659 - BIC SWIFT: UNCRITMMOTE oder mit
Kreditkarte über unsere Webseite www.gardenparadiso.it unter “Online-Zahlung” erfolgen. Bei der
Zahlung ist der Empfänger “ Camping Garden Paradiso SRL” und die Buchungsnummer anzugeben.
Der Betrag wird nach Ablauf der Aufenthaltsdauer von der Rechnung abgezogen.
6. Bei Stornierungen wird die geleistete Anzahlung, abzüglich der Stornokosten, nur dann rückerstattet,
wenn der Campingplatz eine schriftliche Absage bis zu 45 Tagen vor der vorgesehenen Ankunft erhält.
7. Reservierung koennen von unsere www.gardenparadiso.it oder per Email [email protected]
direkt am Campingplatz, per Brief oder Telefon (mit folgender schriftlicher Bestätigung).
8. Die Buchung hat erst dann Gültigkeit, wenn diese vom Campingplatz schriftlich bestätigt wird.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

2. Units can be hired for periods of one week or multiples a week, beginning and ending at different
days according to the type of unit: S. San Marco 2 rooms, Maxi Venezia und S. Castello on Friday;
S. San Marco 3 rooms, Maxi Mare, Borgo Fiorito and Chalet Paradiso on Saturday; Borgo Azzurro,
Campiello Veneziano and Caravan Bürstner on Sunday. The payment of the stay and the appointment for the inspection of the hired unit has to be made at least one day before departure at the
cash office. The unit will be available from 5 p.m. on, check-out by 10 a.m.
3. In case of late arrival the unit will be kept available until 5 p.m. of the day after the booking date.
Late arrivals or early departures imply full payment of the whole period booked. Any variation
to the period booked may cause a variation in the number of the unit requested. The booking
guarantees the availability of a pitch or accommodation, not its position or number.
4. Late arrivals or early departures still imply full payment of the whole period booked.
5. The calculation of the deposit is based on the amount due for the entire period booked and should be
paid by bank transfer to the UNICREDIT Banca, Filiale Treviso PIAZZA MONTE DI PIETA’, 3, 31100
TREVISO (TV), ITALY, IBAN: IT 82 M 02008 12028 000000610659 - BIC SWIFT: UNCRITMMOTE
or with credit card (consult our website www.gardenparadiso.it under “online-payments”). The
payment has to made out to Camping Garden Paradiso SRL. The full amount of the deposit will
be deducted from the final bill.
6. In the event of cancellation the full deposit will be refunded, except the refund costs, if written
notice of cancellation reaches the campsite Management at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the booked period.
7. Reservations can be made from the website www.gardenparadiso.it, by E-mail to [email protected],
directly on the campsite, by letter, or telephone (with a following written confirmation).
8. The booking is only valid if confirmed by the campsite in writing.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSING UNITS
1. Les réservations inférieures à 7 jours ne sont pas acceptées durant les mois de juillet e août.
L‘arrivée sur l‘emplacement doit avoir lieu à partir de 15,00 heures et le départ avant 11,00
heures.
2. Les Caravanes et Chalets doivent être réservés pour des périodes hebdomadaires. Le début et la fin de la
période varient selon le type de logement: S. San Marco 2 chambres, Maxi Venezia e S. Castello vendredi/
vendredi; Maxi Mare, S. San Marco 3 chambres, Chalet Paradiso et Borgo Fiorito samedi/samedi; Borgo
Azzurro, Campiello Veneziano et Caravan Bürstner dimanche/dimanche. Les logements sont disponibles à
partir de 17,00 heures et doivent être libérés avant 10,00 heures le jour du départ. Le règlement de séjour s‘effectuer à la caisse et doit avoir lieu au moins une journée avant le départ. Nous-nous conseillons
de prendre rapidement rendez-vous avec le personnel préposé au contrôle du logement.
3. En cas d‘arrivée retardée, l‘emplacement/logement sera tenu à disposition jusqu‘à 17,00 heures du
jour suivant celui ayant été réservée. Les arrivées retardées et les départs anticipés comportent de toute
manière le paiement de toute la période réservée. Toute variation de la période réservée peut entraîner
la variation du numéro de l‘emplacement/logement demandé.
4. La réservation garantit la disponibilité d‘un emplacement ou d‘un logement mais pas sa position et son
numéro.
5. Les arrhes sont calculées en fonction de la période réservée et doivent être réglées (dans les délais indiqués dans
l‘offre de réservation) par: virement bancaire à la UNICREDIT Banca, filiale du 31100 TREVISO (TV), PIAZZA
MONTE DI PIETÀ,3 IBAN: IT 82 M 02008 12028 000000610659 - BIC SWIFT: UNCRITMMOTE en spécifiant le
numéro de réservation ou par carte de crédit (renseignements sur le site www.gardenparadiso.it sélectionner
“paiements”). Le montant des arrhes sera déduit du montant du séjour.
6. En cas d‘annulation de la réservation, les arrhes seront entièrement remboursées, tous frais déduits, à condition que le camping en ait été préalablement informé par écrit 45 jours au moins avant le début du séjour.
7. Les réservations peuvent se faire sur le site www.gardenparadiso.it ou bien directement en camping,
par E-mail à [email protected], par lettre ou coup de téléphone (confirmer écrit par la suite).
8. La réservation ne sera seulement définitive que lorsque le camping aura renvoyé la “confirmation de
réservation”.
