Notification of Maternity Protection
During the maternity protection period (6 weeks before until 8 weeks after the birth) you won’t be registered for exams automatically. This
regulation applies for the entire semester, even if only a segment of the maternity protection period forms part of the semester. In case you want

(2) Erfolgt diese Mitteilung durch die Studentin nicht, erhält Sie nicht den Status einer Studentin im Mutterschutz.

(4) Der Vordruck Gefährdungsbeurteilung ist von der Studentin an den Studiendekan weiterzuleiten. Der Studiendekan erstellt die Gefährdungsbeurteilung unter Einbeziehung der Studentin sowie ggf. weiterer Personen (z.B.
Dozenten von (Wahl-)Veranstaltungen) und stößt ggf. einzuleitende Maßnahmen an. Er lässt die bearbeitete Gefährdungsbeurteilung dem Prüfungsamt zur Ablage in die Studierendenakte zukommen. In Absprache mit dem
Prüfungsamt kann von diesem Vorgehen abweichend vorgegangen werden.
