Möglichkeit psychiatrischer Nebenwirkungen wie Psychosen
Bei Nichtanwendbarkeit:
- Rückgriff auf 1. und 2. Wahl der Medikamente für peripher
bedingte neuropathischen Schmerzen

Zusammenfassung
- Vor der Therapie muss die Diagnose neuropathischer Schmerz
möglichst sicher gestellt werden
- Häufig sind Kombinationstherapien notwendig
- Therapie peripherer neuropathischer Schmerzen 1. Wahl:
Trizyklika, Ca-Antagonisten, SSNRI, (Opioide)
- Therapie zentraler neuropathischer Schmerzen Amitriptylin und
Calciumantagonisten
- Cave Serotonerges Syndrom bei Kombination Tramadol mit SNRI,
SSRI, Mirtazapin
