Modification of Word Grammar Check Options
Word offers a set of grammar checking options that you can be modify for your personal preference and
default. In the backstage area of Word, click Options and then click the Proofing option at the Word
Options dialog box to access the preset grammar default options. From here, you can adjust the writing
style, turn on/off the check spelling as you type, mark grammar errors as you type, have grammar
recognize frequently confused words, and have the grammar also check with spelling simultaneously.

5. Copy the translated text from the website to your document.
1. At a blank document, display the Word Options dialog box with Proofing
selected in the left panel and then experiment with the options in each section.
4. Translate the entire document into a language other than French or Spanish.
Hint: Make sure you change the translation language at the Translation
Language Options dialog box and then use the Translate Document option
from the Translate button drop-down list.
