Prima dell’installazione e messa in funzione
Attenzione! I tubi d’alimentazione devono essere sciacquati con cura prima dell’installazione del miscelatore, in modo che non rimangano trucioli, residui di saldatura o canapa, o altre impurità all’interno
dei tubi. Attraverso tubazioni non sciacquate a fondo o attraverso la rete idrica generale, nel miscelatore
possono entrare corpi estranei in grado di danneggiare guarnizioni/o-ring e/o cartucce/vitoni. Si raccomanda pertanto di dotare anche l’impianto generale di filtri.
Before installation and setting to work
Attention! The feeding pipes have to be rinsed carefully before the installation of the mixer so that there
won’t remain shavings, sealing or hemp residues, or other impurities inside the pipes. Through pipes not
thoroughly rinsed or through the general water network, in the mixer foreign bodies can enter that could
damage gaskets /o-ring and/or cartridges/headvalves. So filters should be installed also on the general
system.

Attention! Les tuyaux d’alimentation doivent être rincés avec soin avant l’installation du mélangeur, de
sorte que ils ne restent pas de copeaux, des restes de soudage ou de chanvre, ou d’autres impuretés à
l’intérieur des tuyaux. A travers les conduites non rincées à fond ou à travers le réseau hydrique général,
dans le mélangeur peuvent entrer des corps étrangers à même de détériorer les gaines/o-ring et/ou
cartouches/têtes. On recommande ainsi d’installer des filtres également sur le système général.
Vor der Installation und Inbetriebnahme
Achtung! Bevor die Mischbatterie zu installieren, bitte spülen Sie die Zuleitungsröhre sorgfältig aus,
um alle Spannen, Schweiß- und. Hanfrückstände bzw. alle Verunreinigungen vom Inneren der Röhre zu
entfernen. Durch nicht sorgfältig gespülte Rohrleitungen bzw. durch das allgemeine Wassernetz können
Fremdkörper in den Mischer eintreten, die die Dichtungen bzw. die O-Ringe und/oder die Kartuschen
und die Oberteile beschädigen können. Es ist dann empfehlenswert, die allgemeine Anlage mit Filtern
auszustatten.

¡Cuidado! Los tubos de alimentación tienen que ser enjuagados escrupulosamente antes de instalar el
mezclador de manera que no haya virutas, residuos de soldadura o cáñamo u otras impurezas al interior
de los tubos. A través de los tubos no perfectamente enjuagados o de la red hídrica general pueden
entrar en el mezclador unos cuerpos extraños que pueden dañar guarniciones, o-rings y/o cartuchos.
Les recomendamos por lo tanto que instalen los filtros en la planta general también.

INSTALLAZIONE
Prima di effettuare l’installazione è necessario praticare una sede nella parete rispettando le dimensioni
indicate in figura. Liberare da impurità le tubazioni interessate all’allacciamento.
Inserire quindi il corpo ad incasso (1) nella sede praticata nel muro ed effettuare gli allacciamenti come
indicato ai tubi predisposti con attacco G1/2”. Utilizzando della canapa per garantire la tenuta sui filetti,
assicurarsi che sia perfettamente allineato alla parete ed all’orizzonte del pavimento rispettando l’orientamento e i limiti minimo e massimo indicati a disegno.
INSTALLATION
Avant d’effectuer l’installation il est nécessaire de pratiquer un emplacement dans la paroi en cherchant de
respecter les dimensions indiquées dans la figure. Il faut libérer des impuretés les tuyauteries intéressées
au branchement.
Insérer donc le corps à encaissement (1) dans l’emplacement pratiqué dans le mur et il faut effectuer les
branchements comme il est indiqué aux tuyaux prédisposés avec le raccord G1/2”. En utilisant du chanvre
pour garantir la tenue sur les filets, il faut s’assurer qu’il est parfaitement aligné à la paroi et à l’horizon du
sol en respectant l’orientation et les limites minimums et maximums indiquées sur le dessin.

INSTALLATION
Before installing please prepare a seat in the wall according the dimensions shown in the figure. Clear from
impurities the pipes that have to be connected.
Insert the built-in body (1) in the seat made in the wall and carry out the connections to the tubes with G1/2”
link as shown. Check that is watertight, make sure that it is perfectly aligned to the wall and to the floor too,
observe the orientation and minimum and maximum limits shown in the figure.
INSTALLATION
Bevor man die Installation durchführt, muss man die Unterbringung in der Wand vorbereiten, wobei die,
in der Abbildung angegebenen Abmessungen eingehalten werden müssen. Anschließend befreit man die,
für den Anschluss betroffenen Rohrleitungen von jeglichen Verunreinigungen.
Dann setzt man den Einbaukörper in die (1), in der Wand vorbereiteten Unterbringung ein und führt die Anschlüsse entsprechend der Angaben auf den Rohrleitungen durch, die mit einem G1/2”-Anschlußstutzen
versehen sind. Etwas Hanf benutzen, um die Dichtigkeit an den Gewinden zu gewährleisten und sich vergewissern, das der Einbaukörper perfekt hinsichtlich der Wand und horizontal zum Fußboden ausgerichtet
ist, wobei die, auf der Zeichnung angegebene Orientierung, sowie die Mindest- und Höchstgrenzwerte
eingehalten werden müssen.
INSTALACIÓN
Antes de efectuar la instalación es necesario realizar un asiento en la pared tratando de respetar las dimensiones indicadas en la figura. Liberen de las impuridades los tubos interesados al acoplamiento.
Introduzcan, por lo tanto, el cuerpo por empotrar (1) en el asiento realizado en la pared y efectúen, como
indicado, los acoplamientos a los tubos predispuestos con conexión G1/2”. Utilizando el cáñamo para
asegurar la estanqueidad de las roscas, controlen que esté perfectamente alineado a la pared y a la línea
de horizonte del suelo respetando los límites mínimo máximo indicados en el dibujo.

INSTALLAZIONE
Dopo aver posizionato l’incasso, effettuare un test per verificare se ci sono perdite. Se non sussiste nessun problema togliere i tappi di protezione (2-3) e applicare il raccordo per la canna fissandolo al corpo
incassato con le viti in precedenza tolte dalla protezione (4). Togliere la ghiera di finitura (5) e installare la
boccola ovale sul corpo porta-cartuccia (6) fissandola con il grano in dotazione (7). Introdurre nuovamente
la ghiera di finitura (8) e inserire la piastra di copertura (9) assicurandola con il rispettivo grano di fissaggio
(10). Successivamente applicare la bocca a parete inserendola nel raccordo precedentemente fissato (11)
assicurandola con il proprio grano (12). Inserire infine la maniglia (13) fissando quest’ultima alla cartuccia
per mezzo del grano (14).
INSTALLATION
Après avoir placé l’encaissement, Il faut d’effectuér un test pour verifiér qu’il n’y a pas des pertes. S’il n’y
a pas de probléme il faut enlever les bouchons de protection (2-3) et il faut appliquer le raccord pour la
canne en le fixant au corps encaissé avec les vis précédemment enlevées de la protection (4). Enlever

l’anneau de finissage (5) et installer l’anneau ovale sur le corps ou se trouve la cartouche (6) la fixant avec
la petite visse fournie (7). Introduir neuvellement l’anneau de finissage et (8)et il faut insérer la plaque de
couverture (9) en l’assurant avec les grains de fixage (10). Successivement il faut appliquer le bouche à
paroi en l’insérant dans le raccord fixé précédemment (11) en l’assurant avec ses grains (12). Introduire
enfin la poignée (13) et fixer cette dernière avec son grain (14).
INSTALLATION
After placing the built-in part is good rule to test for leaks. If there’s no problems remove the protection
plugs (2-3) and install the spout connection fixing it to the body by means of the screws previously removed from the cover (4). Lift off the fining nut (5) and install the oval ring on the cartridge cover body (6) fixing
with the supplied screw (7). Install the fining cover nut previously removed (8) and install the cover plate (9)
fixing it with the supplied screws (10). Install the wall spout on the previously fixed connection (11) fixing it
with its screws (12). Install the handle (13) fixing it to the cartridge by its screw (14).
INSTALLATION
Nachdem man den Einbaukörper positioniert hat, nun kann man einen Test durchführen, um sich zu
vergewissern, das keinerlei Leckwasser auftritt. Wenn kein Problem vorliegt entfernt man die Schutzstopfen (2-3) und bringt den Anschlußstutzen für den Auslauf an, indem man ihn mittels der, zuvor von der
Schutzvorrichtung (4) entfernten. Die Angebenschraubung entfernen (5) und Schrauben am Einbaukörper
fixiert und befestigen Sie die Ovale-Buchse auf dem Kartusce-halter (6); befestigen Sie auch mit der Inbußschraube, die Sie schon in der Verpackung gefundet haben (7). Die Verschraubung bevor entfernen
befestigt (8) und die Abdeckplatte (9) einsetzen, indem man sie mit den jeweiligen Befestigungsstiften (10)
sichert. Anschließend bringt man den Auslauf an der Wand an, indem man ihn in den zuvor angebrachten
Anschlußstutzen einführt (11) und mit dem eigens dafür vorgesehenen Stiften (12) befestigt. Schließlich
setzt man den Griff (13) ein, wobei man den Letzteren mit dem Stift auf der Kartusche befestigt (14).
INSTALACIÓN
Tras haber posicionado la parte por empotrar efectuar un ensayo para verificar que no haya pérdidas de
agua. Si no ocurre ningún problema, quiten los tapones de protección (2-3) y apliquen la conexión para
el caño fijándolo al cuerpo empotrado con los tornillos quitados de la protección anteriormente (4). Quitar
la virola de acabado (5) y aplicar el anillo oval en el cuerpo que contiene el cartucho, fijandolo con el
tornillo en dotacion (6). Apliquen de nuevo la virola de acabado (7) sobre el anillo oval (8). Introduzcan la
plancha de cobertura (9) asegurándola con las correspondientes clavijas de fijación (10). Apliquen la boca
de pared introduciéndola en la conexión anteriormente fijada (11) asegurándola con la correspondientes
clavijas (12). Introduzcan finalmente la roseta y la maneta (13) y fíjenla al cartucho por medio de la clavija
de fijación (14).

SOSTITUZIONE DELLA CARTUCCIA
Prima di effettuare tale operazione assicurarsi che l’acqua della rete idrica sia chiusa. Svitare la vite di
fissaggio della maniglia (A) utilizzando una chiave a brugola. Estrarre quindi la maniglia (B) sfilandola
dalla cartuccia (G). Sollevare la ghiera di finitura (C). Svitare il grano di tenuta del rosone ovale (D) e
sfilarlo dal corpo (H). Svitare il grano di tenuta della boccola ovale (F) e sfilarla dal corpo (H). Svitare la
ghiera di tenuta (E) utilizzando una chiave da 28mm. Estrarre la cartuccia (G) dal corpo monocomando
(H). Introdurre infine la cartuccia nuova, assicurandosi che i due perni di centraggio entrino nelle rispettive
sedi, che le guarnizioni siano ben posizionate e che il piano d’appoggio sia pulito da impurità e calcare.
LA SUBSTITUTION DE LA CARTOUCHE
Avant d’effectuer cette opération il faut s’assurer que l’eau du réseau hydrique est fermée.Dévisser la vis
de fixage de la poignée (A) en utilisant une clé anglaise. Extraire ensuite la poignée (B) en la désenfilant
de la cartouche (G). Enlever l’écrou del a retenue (C). Dévisser le grain de tenue de la rosace ovale (D) et
la désenfiler du corps (H). Dévisser le grain de tenue de la boucle ovale (F) et la désenfiler du corps (H).
5- dévisser l’embout de tenue (E) en utilisant une clé de 28mm. Extraire la cartouche (G) du corps monocommande (H). Introduire enfin la cartouche neuve, en s’assurant que les deux pivots de centrage entrent
dans leurs emplacements, que les joints sont bien placés et que le plan d’appui est propre des impuretés
et du calcaire.
REPLACEMENT OF THE CARTRIDGE
Before carrying out this operation make sure that the water supply is turned off.Loosen the fixing screw
(A) using an Allen key. Lift off the handle (B) from the cartridge (G). Lift the finishing nut (C). Loosen the
fixing screw of the oval hood (D) and lift off from the body (H). Loosen the fixing screw of the bushing (F)
and lift off from the body (H). Loosen the fixing ring (E) using a 28 mm Allen key. Lift the cartridge (G) out
from the mixer body (H). Insert the new cartridge, making sure that the two centring pins enter into their
respective seats, that the gaskets are well positioned and that the inside valve body is clean and free from
impurities and limescale.

AUSTAUSCHEN DER KARTUSCHE
Bevor man diese Tätigkeit durchführt muß man sich vergewissern, dass das Wasserversorgungsnetz geschlossen ist. Die Befestigungsschraube (A) vom Griff (B) unter Zuhilfenahme eines Sechskantschlüssels
herausschrauben. Den Griff anheben und somit aus der Kartusche (G) herausziehen. Den Abschlussring
(C) anheben. Den Haltestift aus der ovalen rosette (D) herausschrauben und vom Körper (H) abziehen.
Den Haltestift aus der ovalen Buchse (F) herausschrauben und vom Körper (H) abziehen. Die anheben
Nutmutter (E) unter Zuhilfenahme eines 28 mm Schlüssels losschrauben. Die Kartusche (G) aus dem
Körper der Mischbatterie (H) herausziehen. Anschließend die neue Kartusche einsetzen und sich vergewissern, dass die beiden Zentrierungsbolzen in die entsprechenden Sitze eingeführt sind, dass die
Dichtungen korrekt positioniert sind und dass die Auflagefläche frei von Verunreinigungen und Kalkablagerungen ist.
SUSTITUCIÓN DEL CARTUCHO
Antes de efectuar dicha operación asegúrense que el agua de la red hídrica esté cerrada.Destornillen
el tornillo de fijación (A) de la maneta (B) utilizando una llave de allén. Extraigan, por lo tanto, la maneta
sacándola del cartucho (G).Levantar la tuerca retenedora (C). Destornillen el rosetón (D) del buje oval y
sáquenlo del cuerpo (H). Destornillen la clavija de acabado (F) del buje oval y sáquenla del cuerpo (H).
Destorníllen la virola di fijación (E) utilizando una llave de 28 mm.Extraigan el cartucho (G) del cuerpo
del monomando (H). Introduzcan, finalmente, el cartucho nuevo, asegurándose que los dos pivotes de
centraje entren en sus correspondientes asientos, que las juntas estén bien posicionadas y que el plano
de apoyo esté limpio de impurezas y cal.
