La spezzonatrice Hot Cutting 60 è la soluzione ideale per tagliare a misura diverse tipologie di materiali. Può essere dotata di apposito
svolgitore motorizzato opzionale.
Lo svolgitore è un sistema ideato per fornire alla spezzonatrice il materiale da processare senza sottoporlo a strappi o trazioni che
modificherebbero la lunghezza del prodotto finito. Viene montato sul retro della HC 60 attraverso un supporto meccanico e collegato
elettricamente tramite la presa in dotazione.
La HC60 è disponibile nei seguenti modelli:
HC60 TC – TAGLIO CON LAMA A CALDO.
Il taglio a caldo viene effettuato da una lama in acciaio riscaldata che cauterizza materiali che, diversamente, si sfilaccerebbero in
corrispondenza del taglio stesso. Il taglio a caldo con lama viene utilizzato per materiali sintetici, come fettucce, velcro, corde, nastri ecc...
HC60 SB – TAGLIO A FILO INCANDESCENTE
Il taglio viene effettuato con una sottile lamina riscaldata ed è indicato per la lavorazione di guaine sintetiche o di materiali tubolari sottili che
non devono chiudersi alle estremità ma necessitano di essere cauterizzati per evitare sfilacciamenti.
HC60 TF – TAGLIO CON LAMA A FREDDO
Il taglio a freddo viene effettuato tramite un movimento a forbice di lame temprate e viene utilizzato per materiali non sintetici come cotone,
pelle, cerniere sintetiche, lana, rafia, corde di carta, nastro di carta non adesiva, cavi elettrici con diametro massimo di 4 mm ecc…
HC60 TCF – TAGLIO CON LAMA A CALDO + TAGLIO CON LAMA A FREDDO
Utilizza, a scelta, il sistema di taglio con lama a caldo o il sistema di taglio con lama a freddo.
The cutting machine Hot Cutting 60 is the perfect solution for precise cutting of different materials. It can be equipped with a specific
motorized prefeeder (optional).
The prefeeder is a system designed in order to feed the material to the cutting machine in a linear way and avoid tractions that could modify
the length of the finished product. It is mounted on the back of Hot Cutting 60 by means of a mechanical support and electrically connected
via the supplied plug.
The HC 60 is available in the following versions:
HC60 TC – Hot Blade
Equipped with a hot steel blade. It is designed for cutting synthetic materials, such as straps, cords, ribbons etc….which needs to be cicatrized
to avoid the fraying of the ends in correspondence of the individual cuts.
HC60 SB – Hot Wire
Equipped with hot cutting wire, it is designed for working synthetic materials such as thin tubolars which does not require sealing cut.
HC60 TF – Cold Blade
Cold cutting works via scissors movement of HSS blades for processing non-synthetic materials such us cotton, wool, raffia etc… that do not
require to be cicatrized.
HC60 TCF – Hot/Cold Blade
Equipped with two cutting systems, hot and cold, which can be used alternatively with the simple rotation of a knob.
La Hot Cutting 60 est une machine de coupe à longueur programmable conçue pour la coupe de matériaux spécifiques comme la
gaine tressée. Il est possible de l’équiper d’un derouleur motorisée.
Le dérouleur est un système qui fournit le matériau sans le soummettre à dechirures ou tractions qui pourraient
modifier la logeur du product fini. Il est appliqué sur l’arriére de la Hot Cutting 60 par un support mécanique
approprié et relié électriquent avec la prise fournie.
La HC60 est disponible dans les modèles :
HC60 TC – Couteau chaud
Equipé d’une lame d’acier chauffée est utilisée pour les matériaux synthétiques qui ont besoin de coupesoudure tels que la corde, la ficelle le velcro, le tissu élastique etc.
HC60 SB – Fil chaud
Equipé d’un fil de coupe à chaud, approprié pour le traitement des matériaux synthétiques
tels que tubolars minces qui ne doivent pas être fermé aux extrémités, mais nécessitent
de soudage pour éviter l’effilochage.
HC60 TF – Couteau froid
Basée sur un mouvement de lames à ciseaux en acier trempé peut être utilisée pour
les matériaux tel que le coton, le cuir, les fermetures à glissière synthétiques, la laine, le
raphia et l’osier qui ne nécessitent pas d’être cauterisée.
HC60 TCF – Couteau chaud/froid
Équipé de deux systèmes de coupe, chaude et froide, qui peuvent être
utilisés en alternance avec la simple rotation d’un bouton.

Die Ablängmaschine Hot Cutting 60 ist die ideale Lösung für das Schneiden von verschiedenen Arten von Material nach Maß. Sie kann optional
mit einem dazu passenden Spulenabroller geliefert werden.
Der Spulenabroller bietet damit ein geeignetes System zur Materialzuführung für die Ablängmaschine ohne Zerrungen und Streckungen,
welche zu Längenabweichungen beim Endprodukt führen würden.
Der Spulenabroller wird mit einer mechanischen Halterung an der Rückseite der HC 60 montiert und mit dem dazugehörigen Elektrokabel
angeschlossen.
Die HC60 ist in den folgenden Modellvarianten lieferbar:
HC60 TC – HEIßSCHNEIDESYSTEM
Das thermische Schneiden geschieht mittels einer erhitzten Edelstahlschneide, die die Materialenden verschweißt, welche ansonsten bei
diesem Schnitt zerfasern würden. Es wird bei synthetischen Materialien wie Bändern, Klettverschlüssen, Seilen, Gurten etc. angewandt.
HC60 SB – SCHNEIDEN MIT HEIßEM DRAHT
Das Schneiden geschieht hier mittels eines erhitzten dünnen Drahts. Diese Variante wird empfohlen für die Bearbeitung von synthetischen
Kabelmänteln oder dünnen schlauchartigen Materialien, die an den Enden nicht verschlossen werden dürfen, jedoch zum Vermeiden von
Ausfransen verschweißt werden müssen.
HC60 TF – KALTSCHNEIDESYSTEM
Das Kaltschneiden geschieht mittels einer Scherenbewegung von gehärteten Klingen und wird bei nicht-synthetischen Materialien wie
Baumwolle, Leder, Kunststoffverschlüssen, Wolle, Bast, Papierschnüren, nicht-haftenden Papierbändern und Elektrokabeln mit einem
maximalen Durchmesser von 4 mm angewandt.
HC60 TCF – HEIßSCHNEIDESYSTEM + KALTSCHNEIDESYSTEM
Verwendet wahlweise das Heiß- oder das Kaltschneidesystem.

La Hot Scissor 1 è una forbice per taglio a caldo impiegata per il taglio manuale e la cauterizzazione
(solo polietilene e polipropilene) di materiali sintetici. La HS 1 è dotata di trasformatore alimentato
a 220 V e predisposta con resistenza funzionante a 24 V al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza per
l’utilizzatore. La forbice è fornita con un pratico e funzionale supporto in acciaio inox.
Hot Scissors 1 is a pair of scissors designed for manual cutting and cicatrisation (only polyethylene and
polypropylene) of synthetic materials. HS 1 is equipped with a 220 V transformer and a 24 V heating
element, which guarantee the operator’s safety. The scissors are supplied with a handy stainless steel holder.
Les Hot Scissors 1 sont des ciseaux pour la coupe à chaud et la cicatrisation (seul polyéthylène et
polypropylène) des matériaux synthétiques. Les HS1 sont equipées d’un transformateur alimenté en 220 V /24
V, afin de garantir un maximum de sécurité pour l’utilisateur. Les ciseaux sont sont aussi equipées d’un support en
acier inoxydable pratique et fonctionnel.
Die Hot Scissors 1 ist eine Schere zum Heißschneiden, die für manuelles Schneiden bei gleichzeitigem Verschweißen
(nur Polyethylen und Polypropylen) synthetischer Materialien eingesetzt wird. Die HS 1 ist mit einem 220V-Trafo ausgestattet, der die
Spannung auf 24 V herunterregelt, um dem Benutzer größtmögliche Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Die Schere wird mit einer praktischen und
funktionalen Standhalterung geliefert.
