Nebst den drei Apartmenthäusern der ersten Etappe ist die dazugehörige Parkgarage inklusive der Keller- und Serviceräume
ausgebaut. Die Zugänge zu den unteren Apartmenthäusern
sind erstellt. Die zweite Bauetappe mit den Apartmenthäusern
Rubellit und Thulit offeriert weitere 18 Apartments, die für
Erst- und Zweitwohnungskäufer konzipiert sind. Eigentumswohnungen mit zweieinhalb bis fünfeinhalb Zimmern und
72 bis 180 Quadrat­metern. Geeignet auch für Familien, die das
schöne Wohnen im Zentrum von Grindelwald suchen und sich
an der Skipiste, die direkt zur Wohnungstür führt, erfreuen.
Auch das neue Hotel Bergwelt Grindelwald zeigt erste Konturen,
und die Chaletvillen sind ebenfalls im Bau.
In addition to the three apartment houses now in the first stage
of completion, the parking garage, the cellar rooms and service
space connected to the project are ready. Access to the lower
apartment houses is finished, as is the second stage of construction on the apartment houses Rubellit and Thulit, where there
are an additional 18 apartments, which have been conceived
for first and second apartment purchasers. Condominium
apartments of 2½ to 5½ rooms and with floor space of 72 to
180 square metres, are also suitable for families interested in
luxury living in the centre of Grindelwald, where the ski slope
leads right up to the apartment door. The new hotel Bergwelt
Grindelwald as well as the chalet villas are already under construction, and beginning to reveal their first contours.

The 22 condominium apartments in the first construction stage
are, for the most part, ready for occupation. We are planning

29. Dezember 2014. Drei Musterwohnungen sind komplett
ausgebaut und zwei davon sogar möbliert, je ein Wohnungstyp
mit zweieinhalb, dreieinhalb und viereinhalb Zimmern und
Wohnflächen von 67 bis 132 Quadratmetern. Gerne führen wir
Sie durch die Musterwohnungen und erklären Ihnen das gesamte Projekt.

as well as sales advisors, welcomes you on the weekends of
25th and 26th October as well as on the 22nd and 29th of December 2014. Three sample apartments – with 2½, 3½ or 4½ rooms
and living space of 67 to 132 square meters – have now been

Die Entscheidung zur V-Bahn steht vor der Tür. Sollte die Erschliessung von Eigergletscher und Männlichen vom Stimmbürger gutgeheissen werden, brächte diese neue Verbindung
einen enormen Mehrwert nach Grindelwald und würde dem
schönen Schweizer Ferienparadies neue Perspektiven eröffnen.
The decision concerning the V-Bahn will be coming soon. If the
connection between the Eiger glacier and Mannlichen is approved
by voters, it will bring great additional value to Grindelwald
itself and new perspectives for a Swiss vacation paradise here.
