CONDIZIONI GENERALI AFFITTO
PRENOTAZIONE: La prenotazione è ritenuta confermata solo al ricevimento della “LETTERA DI
CONFERMA” che l’Agenzia EUROVACANZE spedirà subito dopo aver ricevuto la caparra. L’Agenzia si
riserva di rifiutare le caparre che dovessero pervenire dopo 15 gg dalla prenotazione.
PAGAMENTO: Il 30% del canone d’affitto deve essere versato a titolo di caparra a mezzo vaglia postale
entro il termine sopracitato. Il saldo deve essere versato all’arrivo al momento del ritiro delle chiavi. Per il
pagamento si accettano solo contanti o assegni garantiti da carta di credito.
DISDETTA: Per nessun motivo la caparra viene restituita.
ARRIVO: L’arrivo deve avvenire nel giorno stabilito tra le 16.00 e le 20.00, in caso di ritardo si prega di
avvisare l’Agenzia. In caso contrario l’appartamento viene tenuto a disposizione solo per un altro giorno,
dopodichè può essere riaffittato con la conseguente perdita della caparra già versata. All’arrivo dovranno
essere presentati i documenti di tutte le persone che occuperanno l’appartamento per la registrazione.
NORME DI SOGGIORNO: E’ vietato ospitare un numero di persone superiore a quello indicato nel nostro
catalogo. I bambini vengono considerati come adulti. Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi. E’ vietato
l’uso di qualsiasi stufa o fornelli elettrici propri. Gli ospiti sono tenuti a rispettare il regolamento condominiale
di ciascuna abitazione.
PARTENZA: L’appartamento deve essere lasciato libero entro le ore 10.00 del giorno stabilito. La partenza
deve avvenire durante l’orario di ufficio per consentire il controllo dello stato di conservazione e di pulizia.
CAUZIONE: L’inquilino si impegna ad avere la totale cura dell’appartamento e del suo contenuto. I reclami
verranno accettati soltanto entro le 24 ore successive all’arrivo. Eventuali rotture dovranno essere risarcite.
All’arrivo deve essere depositata una cauzione di € 50,00 che sarà restituita dopo aver effettuato il controllo
dello stato dell’appartamento.
RESPONSABILITA’ DELL’AGENZIA: Nessuna responsabilità può essere attribuita all’Agenzia
EUROVAaCANZE per eventuali rotture, infortuni, smarrimenti, furti, ritardi ed inconvenienti in genere che
si dovessero verificare nell’alloggio. Per eventuali controversie il foro competente è VENEZIA.
NORME PARTICOLARI: L’Agenzia si riserva in caso di imprevisti nell’assegnazione dell’appartamento
prenotato, il diritto di assegnare un altro con circa le stesse caratteristiche. La richiesta di un eventuale
appartamento (numero, piano, orientamento, ecc.) viene tenuto in considerazione senza però darne garanzia.
La descrizione dell’arredamento risultante dal catalogo può subire delle variazioni. Si informa la gentile
clientela che il personale dell’Agenzia EUROVACANZE può entrare negli appartamenti per eventuali
riparazioni o manutenzioni anche in Vostra assenza.
ALLGEMEINE MIETBEDINGUNGEN
RESERVIERUNG: Ihre Reservierung wird erst gueltig durch eine schriftliche Bestaetigung der Agentur.
Diese Bestaetigung geht Ihnen sofort nach Eingang der Anzahlung zu. Die Agentur EURIVACANZE behaelt
sich das Recht vor, Anzahlungen, die spaeter als 15 Tage nach der Mitteilung der Verfuegbarkeit des
Apartments fuer den erwuenschten Termin eingehen, zurueckzuweisen.
ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN: Als Anzahlung sind 30% der gesamten Mietsumme sofort zu leisten. Diese
ist an die oertliche Agentur EUROVACANZE mittels Postanweisung innerhalb von obenerwaehnten Termin
(Punkt 1), zu schicken. Wir bitten Sie keine Bankueberweisungen zu taetigen, da Sie meistens mit Verspaetung
eintreffen. Der Restbetrag der Mietsumme ist bei Ankunft zu beleichen. Wir akzeptieren nur Bezahlung in
Bargeld.
STORNIERUNG: Die geleistete Anzhalung wird in keinen Fall zurueckerstattet.
ANKUNFT: Die Anreise muss am vereinbarten Tag zwischen 16.00 und 20.00 Uhr erfolgen (bitte beachten
Sie die Sommerzeit). Im Fall einer Verspaetung bitten wir um rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung der oerlichen
Agentur EUROVACANZE. Sollte keine Benachrichtigung erfolgen, kann die Wohnung nach Ablauf einer
Frist von 24 Stunden unter Anwendung von Punkt 3 weitervermietet werden. Bei Ankunft ist von allen
anwesenden Personen ein Ausweis zur polizeilichen Anmeldung vorzulegen.
AUFENTHELATSBEDINGUNGEN: Die in die Preiseliste angegebene Bettenzahl darf in keinem Fall
ueberschritten werden. Kinder gelten hier als Erwachsene.
Haustiere duerfen nicht mitgebrecht werden. Der Gebraucht von elektrischen Heizoefen sowie eigenen
Haushaltsgeraeten ist untersagt. Die Gaeste werden gebeten, die Hausordnung des jeweiligen Hauses zu

ABREISE: Die Wohnung ist am Abreisetag bis spaetestens 9.00 Uhr zu raeumen. Die Wohnung muss in
Ordnung hinterlassen werden, und die Wohnung muss sauber verlassen werden.
KAUTION: Bei Ankunft wird eine Kaution von € 50,00 verlangt Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Wohnung
und Einrichtung schonend zu behandeln und im einwandfreinen Zustand zu halten. Reklamationen bezueglicht
der Wohnung und des Inventars werden nur innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Ankunft angenommen. Die
Kaution wird erst nach Wohnungsabnahme zurueckerstattet.
VERPFLICHTUNGEN DER AGENTUR: Die Agentur EUROVACANZE kann fuer eventuelle Schaeden,
Unfalle Verluste, Einbrueche, Verspaetungen und sonstige Unannehmichkeiten, die sich in der Wohnung
zutragen sollten, nicht haftbar gemacht werden. Bei rechtlichen Schritten ist ausschliesslich das Gericht in
Venedig zustaending.
BESONDERHEITEN: Die Agentur EUROVACANZE behaelt sich das Recht vor dem Gast ein aehnliches
Apartment, mit gleichwertigen Eingenschaften, zu reservieren, bei unvorhergesehnen Umstaendem. Anfragen
fuer ein besonderes Apartment/Nummer/Etage/Himmelsrichtung/usw.) werden beruecksichtigt, aber als
reservierungbestandteil betrachtet. Die Beschreibung im Katalog ueber die Einrichtung der Apartments, kann
in Ausnahmefallen Aenderungen aufweisen. Wir informieren unsere Gaeste, dass das von des Agentur
EUROVACANZE bevollmaechtigte Personal auch in Ihrer Abwesenheit die Apartments betreten darf, fuer
eventuelle Reparturen und Instandhaltung.
GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS
BOOKING: The bookings to be considered definitely confirmed only after the reception of the contract that
EUROVACANZE AGENCY shall send you immediately after having received the deposit. EUROVACANZE
AGENCY reserves itself the right to refuse accounts that arrive more than 15 days after the availability of
the apartment for the period requested has been communicated.
PAYMENT: 30% of the total renting amount is to be paid deposit to the EUROVACANZE AGENCY also
by postal order withinthe above mentioned date.
CANCELLATION: the deposit will not be given back under no circumstances.
ARRIVAL: the arrival must occur on the fixed date beetween 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm. In case of delay the
guest must advise in time the EUROVACANZE AGENCY.
Otherwise, the apartment shall be kept free only for another day after which it may be rented again the
concequences for the guest written above. On the arrival personal documents of everybody must be shown
for the registration.
RENTING CONDITIONS: it is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons than allowed by the number
of beds indicated in our catalogue. Children are considered as adults. Domestic animals are forbidden. All
guests obbliged to respect the house regulations.
DEPARTURE; the apartment has to be left free within 10.00 am of the fixed date. Th edeparture must take
place during the office-hours to permitt the cecking of the apartment. The apartment must be left clean and
in perfect order.
CAUTION: the guest must take the maximum care of the apartment and of its equipment. Complains
regarding the state of the apartment and its equipment shall be eccepted only within 24 hours after the arrival.
Broken or damaged must be paid. At the arrival the guest must pay € 50,00 as caution, which shall be given
back after having controlled the conditions of the apartment.
LIABILITIES OF THE AGENCY: no rsponsability may be given to the EUROVACANZE AGENCY in
case of breakage, accidents, losses, thefts and inconveniences in general that should occur in the apartment.
For legal disputes only the court of Venice is competent.
PARTICULARE RULES: EUROVACANZE AGENCYreserves itself the right, in case of unexpected
problems, to change an apartment with another one having about the same standards. The request of a
particular apartment (number, floor, etc.) will be considered without however being guaranted. The description
of the apartments in our catalogue may be different in exceptional cases. We inform our clients that the
EUROVACANZE AGENCY’S staff is authorized to enter into the apartments also in your absence for
eventual reparings and maintenance.
