Adicione a grade de eventos Web Expo Forum no Mac
Como inscrever agendas no calendário Ical e Entourage.
Acompanhe e escolha as trilhas a assistir em sua agenda.
1. Abra o seu programa iCal Figura 1.
1. Copie o endereço de uma grade do congresso ou workshop a seguir:
 Congresso


Workshop Tech
http://www.icalx.com/public/converge/WEF_workshoptech.ics

Workshop Business
http://www.icalx.com/public/converge/WEF_workshopbusiness.ics

Workshop Commerce


Workshop Innovation
http://www.icalx.com/public/converge/WEF_workshopinnovation.ics
2. Cole o link da agenda escolhida no campo “Subscrever-se no calendário” destacado no
figura 1;
3. Salve e o Calendário foi agendado no iCal.

Sincronize o iCal com o entourage

Disponível somente em inglês.
In Entourage prefs, go to Sync Services and turn on syncing between Entourage and iCal.
1. Entourage will automatically create a calendar in iCal named 'Entourage', but without
the quotes.
2. Turn off Sync Services in Entourage.
3. Select all your events in the lower area of ICal (in the list below the actual calendar)
4. Assign the 'Entourage" calendar as the calendar for all the selected events
5. Now turn on Sync Services in Entourage and choose to replace all the Entourage with
iCal events, unless you want to keep existing Entourage events. If you do, choose merge
instead. However if you do, the existing Entourage events will appear in the
'Entourage" iCal calendar.
Read Sync Alerts Carefully!! You could end up erasing data!
