Oktober 2013 §1 Grundsätze für das Ausbildungswesen (1) Die vorbereitende Ausbildung auf den EFA European Financial Advisor erfolgt durch akkreditierte Ausbildungsträger. Diese werden in einem Verzeichnis von EFPA Deutschland e.V. geführt. (2) Die Ausbildung orientiert sich dabei an einem von der European Financial Planning Association Deutschland e.V. (EFPA Deutschland e.V.) vorgegebenen Curriculum. §2 Ausbildungsrahmen (1) Um sicherzustellen, dass die vorbereitende Ausbildung auf den EFA European Financial Advisor einem hohen Standard entspricht, hat EFPA Deutschland e.V. ein verbindliches Curriculum (Kernkompetenzrahmen) entwickelt, das als Anhang Nr. 1 beigefügt ist. (2) Basis dieses Curriculum (Kernkompetenzrahmen) ist das Curriculum der European Financial Planning Association Europe, das für alle Mitgliedsländer gilt. §3 Weiterbildungsrahmen (1) Das Curriculum (Kernkompetenzrahmen) für die Ausbildung ist auch Basis für die Beurteilung der inhaltlichen Angemessenheit von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen durch EFPA Deutschland e.V. (2) Die Weiterbildung muss aus Themengebieten des Curriculums (Kernkompetenzrahmens) für die Ausbildung zum EFA European Financial Advisor ausgewählt sein. Einzelheiten regelt die CPD (Continuing Professional Development) – Ordnung. §4 Abschließende Hinweise, Änderungsmöglichkeiten (1) Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Ordnung unwirksam sein, so bleibt die Rechtswirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt. Anstelle der unwirksamen Bestimmung gilt eine wirksame Bestimmung als geregelt, die der vom Vorstand gewünschten Regelung am nächsten kommt; das gleiche gilt im Falle einer Lücke.
