Rollformer für Dachziegelprofile
Komplette Profilieranlage zur automatischen Herstellung von Trapez- und
ähnlichen Profilen, die in weiterer Folge durch die integrierte Ziegelpresse zu
Dachziegelprofilen geformt werden können. Sowohl die Ziegelpresse als auch die
zum Ablängen vorgesehene Profilschere sind fliegend ausgeführt, wodurch die
Produktion eines kompletten Auftrages mit einem einzigen Start der Anlage möglich
wird. Die für die Funktion der Anlage notwendigen Komponenten (Abcoiler,
Auslaufrollgang, Hydraulik, Steuerung, usw.) sind integriert. Wahlweise können
auch Bandöler und eine automatische Stapelanlage integriert werden.

Complete rollforming machine for
automatic production of trapezoidal and
similar profiles, that further can be
additionally formed by a roofing tile
press to the roof tile profiles. The tile
press as well as the cutting to length
unit are flying-type. It allows the
production of a complete order (task)
once starting up the equipment. The
components required for the functioning
of the line (decoiler, run-out roller
conveyor, hydraulic and operation
systems) are integrated. Strip oilers and
an automatic stacking unit can be
optionally integrated in the machine.
