DFD20/400
Electronic scale control with double weighing container intended for the weighing of granular or powdery. A typical use is the control of
production within a milling plant or the control of the material in reception. With the use of load cells and a device electronic generation is
possible to obtain a high weighing precision. The scale DFD is equipped with a filter FRL (filter regulator and lubricator pressure) and
pressure and exists in two versions:
• DFDXXX with diverter for weight control (weight totalization and flow calculation hourly)
• DFDXXX-R with two dampers for flow control (aggregation weight and desired time setting range)
The scale has an electronic touchscreen display with multi-language with the following functions:
• Calibration and calibration of the system of zero and a maximum flow
• Control and display of the hourly flow desired (version DFDxxx-R)
• Setpoint weighing
• Setting the stabilization times of zero and achieved weight
• Totalization partial and general
• Communication with SCADA systems o Management Rese RS485 with Modbus protocols Bus RTU
• Optional Profibus, Profinet or Ethernet
Controle de equilíbrio eletrônico com vaso duplo peso pretendido para a pesagem de granular ou em pó. Uma utilização típica é a de controlo
produção dentro de uma instalação de moagem ou de controlo do material de recepção. Com o uso de células de carga e um dispositivo
geração electrónica é possível obter uma elevada precisão de pesagem. O equilíbrio DFD está equipado com um filtro de FRL (filtro regulador e
lubrificador) de pressão e a pressão e existe em duas versões:
• DFDXXX com desvio para o controle de peso (totalização de peso e cálculo de vazão por hora)
• DFDXXX-R com dois amortecedores para controle de fluxo (peso agregação e faixa de ajuste de tempo desejado)
A escala tem um display touchscreen eletrônico com multi-linguagem com as seguintes funções:
• Calibração e calibração do sistema de zero e um fluxo máximo
• Controle e visualização do fluxo horária desejada (versão DFDxxx-R)
• Setpoint pesando
• Definir o tempo de estabilização do zero e alcançou peso
• totalização parcial e geral
• Comunicação com os sistemas SCADA o Gestão Rese RS485 com protocolos Modbus RTU Bus
• Opcional Profibus, Profinet ou Ethernet
