The birth of Raquel´s baby

IB DIPLOMA
St. Nicholas School has maintained its 100% pass rate for the IB Diploma for the May 2007 session. The School received its highest IB Diploma score
thus far with Tair Forner scoring 41 points out of a possible 45. I would like to thank all the teachers and parents who were part of this process as well

Quem nunca ouviu falar do Saci-Pererê, Mula-sem-cabeça, Curupira ? Quem nunca cantou “ Atirei o pau no gato”
e outras cantigas ? Quem nunca decorou “ O rato roeu a roupa do rei de Roma” ? É, todos conhecemos, mas de
onde veio tudo isto ? Estas lendas, cantigas, superstições formam o nosso Folclore, que é muito rico e tem como
raiz três raças distintas: brancos, negros e índios - acentuando ricas tradições que são passadas de pai para filho.
Todas as pessoas são portadoras de Folclore. Não há localidade ou região específicas de manifestação folclórica.
Podemos encontrá-lo nas zonas rurais, urbanas, numa pequena cidade do interior ou numa grande metrópole.
