TENTANG PEMBUKAAN HUBUNGAN DIPLOMATIK
ANTARA
PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA
DAN
PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK ANGOLA
Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Republik Angola,
BERHASRAT meningkatkan dan memperteguh hubungan persahabatan dan
kerjasama antara kedua negara dan rakyat atas dasar persamaan derajat, saling
menghormati kedaulatan, kemerdekaan dan integritas wilayah masing-masing, serta
tidak mencampuri urusan dalam negeri masing-masing.
DILANDASI prinsip-prinsip dan tujuan-tujuan seperti tercantum dalam Piagam
Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dan Gerakan Non-Blok serta Konvensi Wina mengenai
Hubungan Diplomatik tahun 1961.
MEMUTUSKAN membuka hubungan diplomatik pada tingkat kedutaan besar
mulai tanggal penandatangan Komunike Bersama ini.
AKREDITASI masing-masing Duta Besar akan diatur dalam persetujuan lebih
Ianjut.
DIBUAT di New York pada tanggal 7 bulan Agustus tahun 2001 dalam dua
naskah asli, dalam bahasa Indonesia, Portugis dan lnggris, semua naskah mempunyai
kekuatan hukum yang sama.

DIPLOMATICAS ENTRE 0 GOVERNO DA REPUBLICA DA INDONESIA E 0
GOVERNO DA REPUBLICA DE ANGOLA
0 Governo da Republica da Indonesia e o Governo da Republica de Angola,
DESEJANDO promover e estreitar os la9os de amizade e coopera9ao entre os
dois paises e povos na base da igualdade, respeito mutuo pela independencia e
integridade territorial de cada pals, bem como a nao ingerencia nos seus assuntos
internos,
GUIADOS pelos principios e prop6sitos da Carta das Nac;oes Unidas e do
Movimento dos Nao-Alinhados bem como da Conven9ao de Viena sobre Rela96es
Diplomaticas de 1961 .
DECIDIRAM estabelecer relac;oes diplomaticas a nivel de Embaixadores a part1r
da data de assinatura do presente Comunicado Conjunto.
A ACREDITACAO dos seus respectivos Embaixadores sera objecto de acordo
posterior.
FEITO em Nova York, aos 7 de Agosto de 2001 em Lingua Indonesia, Portugues
e Ingles, fazendo os tres textos igualmente te.

JOINT COMMUNIQUE
CONCERNING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS
BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ANGOLA
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the
Republic of Angola,
DESIRING to promote and strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation between
the two countries and peoples on the basis of equality, mutual respect for each other's
sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity as well as non-interference in the
internal affairs of each other.
GUIDED by the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations and
of the Non-Aligned Movement as well as the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic
Relations 1961.
HAVE DECIDED to establish diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level, as
of the date of the signing of this Joint Communique.
The accreditation of their respective ambassadors will be subject to further
agreement.
DONE at New York on this yth day of August 2001 , in two originals in Indonesian ,
Portuguese and English languages, all texts being equally authentic.
