leading people, software) to our main customers from aviation, banking and chemical
industries.
Facilitator / Trainer
The Seminar will be designed and delivered by Andreas Proff (CV attached).
Andreas has worked 6 years for a german airline as Product Manager, Project Leader,
Teamleader and Head of Department and knows the tensions of being a project manager
in a large organisation very well.
He works since 1996 as a trainer and consultant for german and international clients and
has specialized in leadership issues and project management. His facilitation style was
described as “keeping the discussions focussed on the stated objectives without steering
too much”, “maintaining a high energy-level in the group”, “involving everybody, a very
pleasant pressure to participate”, “a light-handed chef cooking a tasty meal”.
