Hold the wall box to the right position on the wall and
mark the three mounting positions. Drill the holes and
fix the box.

Installation
Halte das Wandgehäuse an die entsprechende Stelle
der Wand und markiere die drei Montagepunkte. Bohre die Löcher und fixiere das Gehäuse.

Isoliere das Kabel gemäss der Abbildung ab.

Put the cables on the left side into the box.
Führe die Kabel auf der linken Seite des Gehäuses
ein.
Secure the cable at the entry point with cable ties (A).
Sichere die Kabel mit Kabelbinder (A) beim Kabeleingang.
Mark the loose tubes at the conduits start position (B).
Markiere die Bündeladern an der Position an welcher
die Miniflex-Schläuche beginnen (B).

Dismantle conduits for the lowest Fibertray.
Demontiere die Miniflex-Schläuche des untersten Fibertray.
Mount the conduits with the Miniflex OFTP zipper on
the loose tube.
Montiere die Miniflex-Schläuche mit dem Miniflex
OFTP Zipper auf die Bündelader.
Attention
Achtung
Care should be taken not to damage any of the loose
tube that are exposed during this operation!
Beachte, dass die Bündelader bei diesen Arbeitsschritten nicht beschädigt werden!
Mount the loose tube again on the fibertray.

Isoliere die Bündelader mit dem Abisolierwerkzeug für
Bündeladern 20mm vom Ende des Schutzrohres ab.
Isolate the loose tube back to 20mm from the end of
the conduit with the loose tube cutter.
Achtung
Attention
Care should be taken not to damage any of the fibers
that are exposed during this operation!

Feed the loose tube through the cable ties so that the
loose tube can be removed.

Schliesse die Kabelbindern, sodass sie noch lose sind.
Fädle die Bündelader durch die Kabelbinder.

Schiebe das Schutzrohr in die richtige Position und
ziehe die Kabelbinder an.
Feed the conduit back into position and fix the cable
ties.
Attention
Achtung
Care should be taken not to damage any of the fibers
that are exposed during this operation!
Beachte, dass die Fasern bei diesen Arbeitsschritten
nicht beschädigt werden!
Coil the exposed fiber around the mandrel until all of
the fiber has been stored neatly in the take-up area.
Guide the remaining length through the parking position into the storage area.

Wickle die exponierten Fasern um den Zylinder des
Faserspeichers bis alle Fasern abgelegt sind.
Führe die Faserenden durch die Parkposition in den
Faserspeicher.

Fix the lid to the Fiber Tray.
Schnappe den Deckel auf die Kassette.
Repeat the procedure until accommodated with the
required Fiber Trays.
Wiederhole die Arbeitsschritte bis alle erforderlichen
Spleisskassetten montiert sind.

Spleissung/Rangierung mit Fibertray
Führe die Rangierkabel durch den rechten Kabeleingang, leite sie über den Radiusbegrenzer und
verbinde sie mit den Kupplungen.
Sichere die Kabel mit Kabelbinder beim Kabeleingang.
Move the patchcords through the right entry point,
guide them over the mandrel and connect them to the
adapters.
Secure the cable at the entry point with cable ties.

Achtung
It is recommended to use two patchcord guides so that
the patchcords don’t get damaged.
Es wird empfohlen zwei Rangierkabelhalter zu benutzen,
sodass die Kabel nicht beschädigt werden.
Tip
Hinweis
Optionally could you use the OTB-PC-FIXING-LATCH
ItemNr.: 84123348 to fix the patchcords.
Optional kann für die Befestigung der Rangierkabel der
OTB-PC-FIXING-LATCH ItemNr.: 84123348 verwendet
werden.
