Mit KOTT-WASH® hat Kottmann ein variantenreiches Spektrum
an Standard- und Speziallösungen für den WaschmaschinenAnschluss entwickelt. Zwei Besonderheiten zeichnen diese
Produktserie gegenüber handelsüblichen Waschmaschinenschläuchen aus:
With its product KOTT-WASH® Kottmann developed a wide
product range of standard and special solutions for washing
machine connectors. In comparison to standard washing
machine hoses, KOTT-WASH® is characterized by excellent
features:
1. Kottmann ist in der Lage, KOTT-WASH®-Schläuche mit allen
weltweit gängigen Trinkwasserzulassungen zu liefern (z.B.
W270). Alle Varianten dieser Waschmaschinenschläuche können
zum Vorteil des Kunden flexibel an länderspezifische Vorgaben
in puncto Trinkwasserhygiene angepasst werden.
1. KOTT-WASH® hoses are available with all common types of
drinking water certification (e.g. W270). As a clear advantage
for our customers, all types of these washing machine hoses
can be easily adjusted to the customer‘s country-specific
requirements for drinking water hygiene.
2. Einen weiteren entscheidenden Vorteil bietet die herausragende Knickfestigkeit der Produktgruppe KOTT-WASH®. Kottmann
stellt diese Eigenschaft durch Verarbeitung der von Kottmann
eigens entwickelten und patentierten KOTT-GLIDE®-Verpressungstechnologie sicher. Der Schlauch ist knickfest, formstabil
und zugleich hochflexibel. Zusätzlich ist er in der Konfiguration
als Sicherheitszulaufschlauch erhältlich. So sorgt KOTT-WASH®
für höchstmöglichen zuverlässigen Schutz vor Leckagen. Neben
der Ausstattung mit dem Anti-Knick-Schutz fertigt Kottmann
seine Waschmaschinenschläuche auch aus marktüblichen
Werkstoffen wie PVC oder EPDM. Alle Schlauchvarianten sind in
sämtlichen Längen und Größen verfügbar und lassen sich je
nach Kundenwunsch mit unterschiedlichen Anschlusstypen
ausstatten.
2. KOTT WASH® also provides excellent kink resistance
properties and these properties are provided thanks to
Kottmann‘s patented manufacturing method and their
KOTT-GLIDE® pressing technology. This hose is dimensionally
stable, highly flexible and is also available as an inlet hose.
This is why KOTT-WASH® provides the highest possible
protection against leakages. In addition to the anti-kink
properties, Kottmann manufactures its washing machine
hoses from industry standard materials, such as PVC or
EPDM. All hose types are available in custom lengths and
sizes and according to the customer‘s requirements, with
different kinds of connections.
