Preparatory Meeting / Vorbereitungstreffen
Tasks to do before the exchange / Aufgaben vor dem Austausch
Group leaders / Teamleiter
• send information about participants: how many people, how many girls / boys, special
needs regarding the meals (vegetarian, vegan, no pork meat, allergies, intolerances..)
Info schicken über die Teilnehmenden, Essensbesonderheiten (vegetarisch / vegan,
Allergien etc.)
• send information about travel and extra costs (keep the travel costs as low as

• send information about arrival time. Info über die Ankunftszeit schicken
• inform the participants about the programme and their tasks before the exchange (see

Participants / Teilnehmende
• chose a workshop and prepare material if necessary (see below for workshop

• we will have a Passion Party during the exchange, where everyone is asked to
present something which is part of your current life situation and you are really
passionate about! This could be a song you love like crazy, your favourite chocolate,
some steps of your favourite dance, a photo of the place where you feel most at
home, something that symbolizes your passion – anything from home you really like.
You can show it, teach it, share it; be creative!
Wir werden während der Begegnung eine Passion Party veranstalten, auf der du
gebeten werden wirst, etwas vorzustellen, was Teil deiner aktuellen Lebenssituation
ist und was dich wirklich begeistert! Ein Lied, das du total liebst, deine
Lieblingsschokolade, ein paar Schritte deines Lieblingstanzes, ein Foto des Ortes, an
dem du dich am meisten zu Hause fühlst, etwas, das deine Leidenschaft symbolisiert
– irgendetwas von dir zu Hause, das du wirklich magst. Du kannst es zeigen, der
Gruppe beibringen, mit allen teilen; sei kreativ!
• think about games, warm ups etc. you would like to share, think about recipes for the
joint cooking, bring an instrument if you have one, other things you would like to bring:
music for the party etc. Ideen sammeln für Spiele, Warm ups etc., die du mit den

For the Blog Workshop we need one participant per country, but not more than five
participants all together. People can join other workshops and report from there.
Team leaders should join the workshops and help with translation if needed.
Für den Blog-Workshop brauchen wir eine Person pro Länder-Gruppe, insgesamt aber
nicht mehr als fünf Teilnehmende. Die Blog-Leute können an den anderen Workshops
teilnehmen und dann vorn dort berichten. Gruppenleiter sollten bei den Workshops
mitmachen und, falls nötig, beim Übersetzen helfen.

Rules / Regeln
− House rules will be presented and signed by everyone -> participants are
responsible. Hausregeln werden vorgestellt und vor allen unterschrieben > TN sind
dann verantwortlich (Haftpflicht wird für jeden abgeschlossen)
− alcohol consumption within the German law (underaged participants!), shouldn’t
affect the work in the workshops. Team leaders are responsible for their group.
Alkohol innerhalb des gesetzlichen Rahmens (Jugendschutzgesetz bei nicht
Volljährigen), sollte die Arbeit in den Workshops nicht beeinträchtigen.
Gruppenleiter sind für ihre Gruppe verantwortlich.
