Perfume-free neutral detergent for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry liquid concentrate
Fields of application:
neomoscan CP clean 200 is used for the manual cleaning of equipment, small and
detachable parts in immersion baths and ultrasonic baths as well as for the cleaning
of all kinds of utensils and surfaces.
neomoscan CP clean 200 has an excellent cleaning performance against organic, in
particular fatty soilings.

Material tolerance:
neomoscan CP clean 200 is indifferent to all materials which are normally used in the
pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
Dosage:
neomoscan CP clean 200 is normally used within the concentration range of 0.05 - 0.2
weight-%.
The exact application parameters are to be checked in practical tests.
For an economic and controlled dosage we recommend the use of manual dosing
ancillaries such as can pumps and mixing equipment.
The working solution has to be rinsed off completedly (preferably with deionised water).
Do not mix with other products.
Analytics:
On request we are pleased to provide you with methods for quantifying the residues of
detergents in order to validate the cleaning performance.

Ingredients:
Ingredients according to Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents:
5 - 15 % non-ionic surfactants, anionic surfactants
also preservatives (1,3,5-Tris(2-hydroxyethyl)-hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin)
Storage information:
Always store at a temperature between 0 and 30 °C.
Usable for 4 years when stored as recommended.

neomoscan CP clean 200 is not a hazardous product according to the Dangerous
Preparation Directive 1999/45/EC for the concentrate as delivered.
If applied according to the instructions for use, the product is safe according to the
appriopriate guidelines for food processing.
Dispose only when container is empty and closed. For disposal of product residues refer
