ROLL CALL: The Secretary-Treasurer gave the roll call and the following Committee Members were present: Stephen Pallett, Chairperson Lynda Rogers, Member Donald Rae, Member Karen Whitney, Member Denis Perks, Member John Rogers, Member The following staff members were present: Mamata Baykar, Secretary-Treasurer. 2. DECLARATION OF PECUNIARY INTEREST: None. 3. EXPLANATION OF HEARING PROCEDURE: Stephen Pallett, Chairperson, explained to the public in attendance the procedure to obtain a copy of any decision made by the Committee tonight. 4. PLAN 392, LOT 14 ROLL #131-411 Mr. Lawrence Francescut, owner and applicant presented his proposal to permit the construction of a two (2) storey addition to the existing single storey detached garage, having a height from average grade to eaves of 4.9 metres, and height from average finished grade to peak of 6.4 metres. Mr. Francescut, informed the Committee that he is seeking height relief in order to build a loft above the main floor for additional storage space. Mr. Francescut confirmed that he is aware and have no objection with any of the conditions or terms recommended by the Planning staff in their report. E-mail message from Pamela Hunt, By-law Enforcement Department, dated April 04, 2012, indicating no objection. E-mail message Rachel Dillabough, Senior Tax and Water Collection Clerk, dated April 02, 2012, indicating no objection. E-mail from Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority, dated February April 12, 2012, indicating no objection. Moved by Donald Rae Seconded by Karen Whitney THAT MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATION A12-12, REQUESTING RELIEF FROM SECTION 5.1 (f), TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO (2) STOREY ADDITION (6.19 METRES BY 5.48 METRES) TO THE FRONT OF THE EXISTING SINGLE STOREY DETACHED GARAGE, HAVING A HEIGHT FROM AVERAGE GRADE TO EAVES NOT EXCEEDING 4.9 METRES, AND A HEIGHT FROM AVERAGE GRADE TO PEAK NOT EXCEEDING 6.4 METRES, AS SHOWN ON SCHEDULE ‘1' ATTACHED IS HEREBY APPROVED, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1.
