The 3rd edition of “Gruppe-B Rallyelegenden” is
an event for historic rally cars and special rally cars
of the listed Groups (classes). All driver teams are
obliged to be insured by the OSK-racecard.
(This is not a license it’s a insurance for the
driver teams)
The Gruppe-B Rallyelegenden is not a rally at traditional sense, it’s a show run without Time Keeping.
Driving at will of participants.
The event will take place around Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer / Salzburg in on of the most beautiful
Place of Austria. The Event is subject to all Approvals
in accordance with this Announcement performed.
Supreme authority and Approval authority for this
event is the Bezirkshauptmannschaft Zell am See.

keeping. The event serves neither to get the obtaining Highest Speed and still has no competitive character. The Pilots choose their speeds themselves, and
according the route/course.

GUIDELINES
The course of the closed stages have to be adhered
as seen on the roadbook - abbreviate and “cutting”
is strictly prohibited. additionally the organizer will
place boundaries in the interior areas of curves.
All participating vehicles must be approved for the
public roads during the entire event. And it have to
correspond with all Points of the Austrian road traffic
Regulations (StVO).

liable and guarantee for Eligibility about the eventparticipation.

TECHNICAL CHECK
The timetable for the technical check must be
respected. The team of drivers can Be represented
of mechanics-team. Helmets and racing overalls
must be presented during the technical check.
There will be radar-measurement. It applies the Austrian Highway Code (StVO).
Only Non-competition-vehicles are allowed for Visiting. For the Visiting, the participants will get a yellow label with their race number to Marking their
tour-vehicle. If the rules are not respected, the team
will not be allowed to start. The organizers appealed
to all participants, to hold all regulations, rules and
laws, so such Events can also be able to organized
in the future.

LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH COVERAGE THE FOLLOWING:
5,000,000 for persons and / or property damage
within this total financial losses in the amount of € 20,000 are also insured.
A statutory motor liability insurance is for all participating vehicles of the event mandatory and must be
completed by the owner of the vehicle.
This automobile liability have to cover all damages on roads, except on the cordoned-off Track parts.
The completion of a statutory motor liability insurance is at the administrative checks to prove.
All other private vehicles of the participants are not using this organizer liability insurance.

OBLIGATIONS IN THE SERVICE PARK
Each team gets a parking space for the competitionvehicle and a care or Assigned service bus.
Just Signed cars get access allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to refuel in the garage.
Screws and nails are not allowed on the asphalt
ground.
The respective team shall be liable for damages of
any kind.
The service center has to be clean handed over the
organizers after the event.
Any waste have to be disposed of properly.
Barbecues and welding work as well as cooking and
heating is strictly forbidden in the paddock - the
garage is monitored of the fire brigade and police
station.
ATTENTION!
! We have to use a pvc-plane as a backing in the
amount of 5 x 2 m.
! The entrance to the parking deck with a trailer is
prohibited!
! Headroom in the parking deck: max 2,75m

ERKLÄRUNG DES OSK-RaceCard Inhabers:
1. Bezeichnungen der Risken:
Ich, der (die) Unterzeichnende, bin mir der Gefahren vollständig bewusst, welche die Ausübung von allen OSK-RaceCard-Bewerben
beinhaltet, sei es während Trainingsläufen oder während des tatsächlichen Wettkampfes. Ich erkenne, dass mit Anstrebung
ausgezeichneter Leistungen ein Risiko verbunden ist, welches darin besteht, dass ich meine physischen Fähigkeiten bis zum
absoluten Limit erstrecken muss. Ich weiß und akzeptiere, dass mit der Ausübung des Motorsports Leben und körperliche
Sicherheit gefährdet sein können. Diese Gefahren bestehen in allen Bereichen, die mit der Sportausübung verbunden sind, vor
allem im Wettbewerbs- und Trainingsbereich, insbesondere aus den Umweltbedingungen, Mängeln an technischen
Ausrüstungen, atmosphärischen Einflüssen sowie aufgrund natürlicher oder künstlicher Hindernisse oder auch Fahrfehlern oder
Besonderheiten der Streckenführung. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass gewisse Abläufe nicht immer vorausgesehen oder unter Kontrolle
gehalten und daher auch nicht ausgeschaltet oder durch Sicherheitsvorkehrungen präventiv verhindert werden können.
2. Risikobereitschaft, HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS:
Ich muss selbst beurteilen, ob die Renn- oder Trainingsstrecke nach den gegebenen Verhältnissen für mich nicht zu schwierig ist.
Ich erkläre, dass ich offensichtliche Sicherheitsmängel unverzüglich dem Sicherheitsbeauftragten der jeweiligen Veranstaltung
melden werde. Durch meinen Start anerkenne ich Eignung und Zustand der Strecke. Für die von mir verwendete Ausrüstung,
sowie die Wahl und Bewältigung der Fahrlinie, bin ich selbst verantwortlich. Ich anerkenne, dass es nicht der Verantwortung des
jeweiligen Organisators und der OSK bzw. derer Funktionäre unterliegt, meine Ausrüstung zu prüfen oder zu überwachen. Ich
verzichte für mich und meine Rechtsnachfolger auf sämtliche Ansprüche, welcher Art auch immer, daher auch auf Ansprüche aus
Sach-, Personen- und Vermögensschäden, die mir im Zusammenhang mit Veranstaltungen, Trainings oder Rennen gegen die OSK,
deren Funktionäre, dem Veranstalter, den Rennstreckenhalter, oder den Organisatoren im Schadensfall zustehen könnten. Ich
verzichte auf den Ersatz von vorhersehbaren oder mit der Sportausübung verbundenen typischen Schäden, sowie auf sämtliche
Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit dem typischen Sportrisiko. Dies alles auch für den Fall leichter Fahrlässigkeit der handelnden
Personen.
3. Bei Minderjährigen:
Die unterfertigenden Erziehungsberechtigten erklären, dass der (die) Minderjährige im Rahmen der zu erteilenden RaceCard an
Motorsportveranstaltungen innerhalb des OSK-Bereiches teilnehmen kann und er (sie) berechtigt ist, entsprechende
veranstaltungsrelevante Schriftstücke (wie Nennformular, Protest, Berufung, etc.) samt den jeweiligen Bedingungen rechtsgültig zu
unterfertigen.
Bei OSK-RaceCard-Breitensport-Bewerben ist für sportrechtliche Fragen und alle Sicherheitsbelange der Veranstalter, namentlich
der jeweils genannte Sicherheitsberauftragte verantwortlich.
Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass die OSK-RaceCard eine Unfallversicherung für Motorsportler ist, und diese ausdrücklich nicht als
Sportlizenz oder sonstiges sportliches Leistungs- oder Berechtigungszertifikat vorgesehen ist bzw. solche ersetzt.
Die Versicherungsleistungen aus der OSK-RaceCard sind nur bei sogenannten OSK-RaceCard-Bewerben gegeben (siehe dazu den
jeweils aktuellen Terminkalender unter www.osk-motorsport.at). Für einen Leistungsanspruch ist unbedingt auch eine
Versicherungsmeldung des Veranstalters erforderlich.
Unfallmeldungen bitte ans OSK-Sekretariat unter Angabe der Polizzen-Nr. sowie Ort und Datum der Veranstaltung.
Die OSK-RaceCard gilt ausschließlich bei OSK-RaceCard Bewerben (auch im
Ausland). Bei allen anderen Veranstaltungen im In- und Ausland berechtigt die OSK
RaceCard nicht zur Teilnahme und bietet keinen Versicherungsschutz.
