NOTICE TO THE MARKET – Changes in the Board of Officers
Banco ABC Brasil S.A. (ABCB4) announces to shareholders and the market in general that,
proceeding with the ongoing succession plan started in 2008, Mr. Tito Enrique da Silva Neto,
Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, leaves
the Board of Officers, remaining in his position as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors of Banco ABC Brasil S.A. has decided to elect as the new Chief
Executive Officer Mr. Anis Chacur Neto, member of the Bank's Board of Officers since 1991
and Executive Vice President since 2008. During this period Mr. Anis was responsible for
executing the strategies defined by the Board of Directors and coordinated the administrative
and business areas of the Bank.
Banco ABC Brasil S.A. express its gratitude for the valuable contribution of Mr. Tito Enrique
da Silva Neto during the last 19 years leading its Board of Officers.
Mr. Anis Chacur Neto profile:
Mr. Anis is 50 years old and was graduated in Business Administration at Fundação Armando
Álvares Penteado in 1983. He has been member of the Board of Officers of Banco ABC Brasil
since 1991, having worked for other financial institutions, namely, Banco da Bahia
Investimentos S.A., London Stock Multiplic S.A. and Banco Itamarati S.A.
