A Quinta de Curvos - Sociedade Agrícola, S.A. é uma empresa familiar.
Foi fundada em 1976, pelos irmãos Jaime e José Fonseca que, com
mais de 25 anos de vivência em Angola, após o seu regresso a
Portugal, em 1974, decidiram abraçar a paixão pelo mundo do vinho,
adquirindo a Quinta de Curvos.

Quinta de Curvos – Sociedade Agrícola, S.A. is a family-owned company,
founded in 1976 by two brothers, Jaime and José Fonseca. After living
for more than 25 years in Angola, they returned to Portugal in 1974 and
decided to embrace their passion for the world of wine with the purchase
of the Quinta de Curvos estate.

THE VINEYARD
Situada num vale, com influência do Rio Neiva,
na Região Demarcada dos Vinhos Verdes (Entre
-Douro-e-Minho), as suas vinhas sofrem uma
forte influência atlântica e beneficiam de solos
graníticos, bem como uma generosa exposição
solar, o que define o carácter único dos vinhos
aí produzidos. Os 27 hectares de vinha estão
distribuídos por quatro propriedades situadas
em Forjães, Ponte de Lima e Barcelos.

OUR VINEYARDS
Located in a valley with influence from the
Neiva River, within the Demarcated Region of
Vinho Verde (Entre-Douro-e-Minho), the vines
at Quinta de Curvos are strongly influenced by
the Atlantic, at the same time benefitting from
granite soils as well as the generous exposure
to the sun, all of which define the unique
character of the wines produced there. The 27
hectares of vineyards are distributed among
four properties located in Forjães, Ponte de
Lima and Barcelos.

Resultante da combinação das castas Arinto,
Loureiro e Trajadura apresenta-se com tons
citrinos. O seu aroma é delicado, floral e
com notas de frutos citrinos e tropicais. Um
vinho fresco, com juventude e muito vivo.
Com tons citrinos e de aroma floral delicado,
com notas de frutas maduras e tropicais, na
boca é encorpado, com grande estrutura
e complexidade.
De tons citrinos com nuances aloiradas,
o seu aroma é composto por notas de
frutas de pomar, ameixa e pêra.
Apresenta-se com carácter, estrutura
e presistência na boca.
De cor rosa salmão, do aroma ressaltam
notas de frutas vermelhas jovens, amora
e framboesa. Oferece um corpo fresco,
aromático e persistente, quando na boca.
Com tonalidade vermelho granada com
reflexos violácios o seu aroma é vinoso
e com notas de frutos do bosque. Na
boca é intenso, estruturado com taninos
suaves e agradável persistência.
The result of blending the grape varieties
Loureiro, Trajadura e Arinto, citrus tones
emerge. Its aroma is delicate, floral with notes
of citrus and tropical fruits, bringing about
a crisp wine, full of youth and very alive.

With citrus coloured tones and delicate floral
scents, notes of ripe fruits and tropical fruits,
it is full-bodied on the palate, with great
structure and complexity.
Of citrus tones with straw highlights, the
nose is made up of notes of orchard fruits,
plum and pear. Character, structure and a
longlasting finish come across in the mouth.
A salmon-coloured wine, on the nose
abound notes of young red fruits, blackberry
and raspberry. This rosé offers a light, fragrant
and long body in the mouth.

SUPERIOR 2014
With the vibrant red tones of pomegranate
and with violet highlights, its bouquet is
of wine and hints of wild berries. In the mouth,
it is intense, structured with light tannins
and a long, pleasant finish.

De cor vermelho granada, apresenta
um aroma vinoso e notas de frutos
vermelhos, como o morango e amora. Na
boca, revela uma equilibrada acidez, com
taninos suaves e agradável persistência.
De cor citrina. Revela-se bastante mineral,
com notas de louro e fruta tropical. Na
boca é fresco, equilibrado, vivo e até
irreverente.
Resultante da combinação das primeiras
uvas vindimadas da casta Loureiro e
Trajadura, é um vinho leve, aromático e
de cor citrina. Na boca é vivo, equilibrado,
e com alguma doçura.
De cor citrina. O seu aroma é floral, com
notas de frutos citrinos e tropicais. É
um vinho fresco, leve e muito vivo, que
nos presenteia com alguma salinidade.
De cor citrina, com reflexos dourados.
O seu aroma é composto por notas de
frutas brancas, ameixa e pera. Com
caráter, estrutura e persistência na boca,
traduzindo-se num final encorpado.
De tons salmão, apresenta notas de frutos
vermelhos e compota de morango. Na
boca é fresco, aromático e persistente.
Pomegranate red in color, this is a wine
with a wine aroma that bears notes of ripe
berries such as strawberry and blackberry.
On the palate, balanced acidity with soft
tannins and a persistent finish.

Citrus in color, showing a good deal of
minerality combined with notes of bay
leaves and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is
fresh, balanced, lively and even irreverent.
Resulting from the combination of the first
grapes harvested from the Portuguese
grape varieties Loureiro and Trajadura,
this wine is light, aromatic and citrus in
color. In the mouth, it is lively but balanced
and with some sweetness.
Citrus in color. On the nose, it is floral with
hints of citrus and tropical fruits. It is a
refreshing wine, light and very alive, with a
slight touch of saltiness from the sea
breezes.
Citrus in color with light golden hues. The
nose brings together fruits like plums and
pears. Character, structure and a persistent
mouth end with a full-bodied finish.

varietal intenso e notas tropicais. Na
boca é jovem, vivo, guloso e irreverente.
Fruto da combinação da casta Loureiro,
com Trajadura e Arinto é um vinho que
apresenta notas de tangerina, fruta
tropical e flores brancas. Na boca, é
frutado, complexo, fresco e refrescante.
Light lemon in color, intense on the nose
with tropical notes. On the palate it is
young, alive, exuberant and irreverent.

The fruit of the union of Loureiro,Trajadura
and Arinto grape varieties, this is a wine
that displays hints of tangerine, tropical
fruit and white flowers. In the mouth, this
wine is fruity, complex, cool and refreshing.

De cor vermelho intenso e com reflexos
violáceos, o seu aroma é complexo, com
notas de fruta vermelha madura, com um
toque de especiarias. Um vinho estruturado
e macio, com longos e suaves taninos.
Intense red in color, with violet reflexes, the
nose of this wine is complex, with notes of
redripe fruits and with a hint of spices. It is
a well-structured and smooth wine, with
smooth and lingering tannins.
