PKS International Cargo S.A. betreibt Dienstleistungen innerhalb
der Logistik sowie Zollagenturen seit dem Jahre 1995. Unsere drei
Geschäftsbereiche – Transport, Spedition und Zollagenturen –
ermöglichen es uns, Bestellungen unserer Kunden effizient und
umfassend in einer optimalen Zeit durchzuführen. Dank diesen sich

PKS International Cargo S. A. provides logistics services and services
concerning customs agencies since 1995. The three fields of our
activity – transport, forwarding and customs agencies - allow us to
guarantee quick and comprehensive execution of customer orders
within optimum deadlines. Thanks to such a fusion of complementary
services, we fulfil the role of an all-round logistics partner even for the
most demanding customers.

in Polen verfügen wir über Zollagenturen an allen polnischen
Gütergrenzübergängen der EU-Außengrenze sowie in den
größten Städten Polens. Unsere Zweigstellen bieten umfassende
Dienstleistungen in allen Zollabwicklungsbereichen an. Wir

We specialise in road and rail transport as well as forwarding within
Poland, Europe and Asia. As the only company in Poland, we operate
customs agencies at all cargo border crossings of Poland with non - EU
neighbour countries, as well as in large cities across Poland.
At our branch offices, we offer our full range of services concerning all
kinds of customs procedures. We ensure fast, reliable and professional
services as well as assistance in all procedures before the Polish
Customs Authorities.

Wir spezialisieren uns in Straßenbeförderung sowie Spedition,

We specialise in road transport and forwarding in terms of the
following kinds of cargo:
• Oversize loads
• Partial and full truck loads
• Hazardous and dangerous cargo (ADR)
• Refrigerated transport.
Wir betreiben nationalen und internationalen Transport in ganz
Europa und Asien. Auf der Grundlage langjähriger Erfahrungen
bieten wir Sondertransporte, deren Länge, Breite, Höhe oder
Gewicht die Toleranzen der entsprechenden Bestimmungen
überschreiten, an. Zu diesem Zweck verwenden wir
unterschiedliche Sattelschlepper sowie Plattform, teleskopierbare
Semi- und Tiefbett-Spezialauflieger.
We conduct transport in Poland and internationally within all of
Europe and Asia. Basing on our extensive experience, we offer you
handling of oversize load transport, the length, width, height or
weight of which would exceed the tolerance values allowable by
the relevant provisions. For this purpose, we utilise the most diverse
of tractors and specialist semi-trailers such as: flatbed trailers,
telescoping trailers, lowbed trailers.
Bei der Durchführung von Sondertransporten übernimmt PKS
International Cargo S. A. alle Pflichten bezüglich ihrer Organisation.
Wir beschaffen die entsprechend gesetzlich erforderlichen
Sondergenehmigungen und versorgen Lotsendienste sowie
polizeiliche Begleitung des Konvois und Belastungsgutachten
für Brücken.
When carrying oversize cargo, PKS International Cargo S. A. takes
over all obligations related to comprehensive organisation of such
transport. We motion for the legally required special permits for
such transports, we organise civilian pilots, police convoys or bridge
structure appraisals.

ZOLLAGENTUREN / CUSTOMS AGENCIES
Wir sind eine der erfahrensten und größten Zollagenturen in Polen.
Wir verfügen über ein Netz von 24 Niederlassungen, die auf alle
Grenzübergänge und im Landesinneren verteilt sind.
Wir bieten Zollanmeldungen in allen Zollverfahren in Übereinstimmung
mit dem WKC auch außerhalb der Arbeitszeit der Zollämter, und auch:
- Einfuhrabfertigung im vereinfachten Verfahren
mit Mehrwertsteuerrückvergütung,
- Ausfuhrabfertigung im vereinfachten Verfahren,
- Transitzollabfertigung auf Basis der WPT Konvention,
- Anmeldungen in Zolllagerverfahren, provisorische
Abfertigungen, aktive Veredelung (IPR) und passive Veredelung (OPR).
Deklarationen, elektronische Meldung an die Zollkammer. Weil wir ein
AEO befugtes Unternehmen sind, verfügen wir über eine Reihe von
Befugnissen zur Verwendung vereinfachter Verfahren, was die
Betreuung unserer Kunden erheblich beschleunigt und vereinfacht.
Wir beschäftigen spezialisierte Zollagenten, deren Ausbildung
und langjährige Erfahrung eine zuverlässige und professionelle
Zollabwicklung sowie die Vertretung unserer Kunden vor den
Zollorganen ermöglicht.
We are one of the most experienced and the biggest customs agencies
in Poland. We own a network of 24 regional offices located at all border
crossings and inland. We offer customs declaration in all customs
procedures in line with the Community Customs Code, also outside
of the working hours of the customhouses, as well as:
- Import clearances according of the simplified procedure with “deferred” VAT
- Export clearances according to the simplified procedure
- Transit customs clearances according to the Convention on a Common
Transit Procedure
- Declarations according to the procedures of the bonded warehouse,
temporary clearance as well as outward and inward processing
We are a certified AEO; thus, we have a number of licences for the use
of the simplified procedures, which significantly facilitate and reduce the
time of Customer service. We employ highly qualified customs agents,
whose skills and experience ensure solid and professional customs
services as well as consultancy and representation of Customers before
customs authorities.

Transshipment and storage
Wir verfügen über breite Lagerungsmöglichkeiten mit voller technischer
Ausstattung. Unseren Kunden stellen wir Zolllager, Zollwarenhäuser und
andere von der Zollverwaltung anerkannte Plätze zur Verfügung, wo innerund außergemeinschaftliche Güter gelagert werden können. An den
Spurwechselstellen bieten wir die für die Umladung verschiedener Güter,
einschließlich Stück- und Schüttgut, notwendige Infrastruktur.
We have at our disposal broad and varied warehousing facilities including
full technical infrastructure. We provide to our customers bonded
warehouses, customs warehouses and other locations approved by
customs authorities, where cargo from the community and from outside
the community may be stored. At rail line gauge breaks, we offer the
infrastructure required for the transshipment of various kinds of cargo,
including piece goods and bulk cargo.

Wir stellen unseren Kunden Warenumschlagplätze und Terminals mit
Breitspur.
Normalspurbahnen zur Verfügung. Auf der Grundlage Ihrer Angaben
zu Verlade- und Bestimmungsorten, sowie über die allgemeinen
Eigenschaften der Lieferung und die Transporthäufigkeit, sind wir
in der Lage, einen genauen Kostenvoranschlag zur Durchführung
der Transportaufträge zu erstellen. Darin legen wir präzise
die Speditionskosten sowie die günstigsten Routen und die
Zollabfertigungsoptionen fest.
Thanks to contracting proven domestic and foreign forwarders, PKS
International Cargo S. A. offers comprehensive cooperation within the
field of rail transport and forwarding. We provide our customers with
transshipment facilities as well as broad gauge and normal gauge stations.
After obtaining from you information about the loading point, destination,
as well as knowing the general properties of the cargo and transport
frequency, we are able to prepare a detailed cost estimate for such a
transport order. We describe in such a study the forwarding costs in detail,
as well as the most advantageous route and customs procedure variants.

Die interessantesten Projekte
The most interesting projects
Unter unseren Beförderungen können wir die Organisation
des Transports von zivilen Radargeräten aus Frankreich zu
polnischen Flughäfen in Posen-Lawica und Breslau, als am
interessantesten nennen. Bei diesem Projekt haben wir alles
selbst organiesiert, d.h. Besorgung von Genehmigungen,
Passierscheine auf der Gelände des Flughafens, so wie
Organisation von der Entladung im Polen, d.h. Organisation
von Kränen, Gabelstaplern etc.
Amongst our most interesting projects we can mention
transportation of civil radar devices from factory in France to
Polish airports in Poznań and Wrocław. We have coordinated
all the aspects – transport itself, permits, escorts, airports' entry
passes, along with cranes and forklifts organisation.
Letztens haben wir auch mehrere Böden mit der Breite von 5 bis
zum 7 Meter aus Niederlanden nach Deutschland transportiert.
Die Besorgung aller Genehmigungen für die Reise, Organisation
von Zivil- und Polizeileitung hat natürlich auch zu uns gehört.
Oft haben wir Vertragstransporte mit Dutzenden von Frachten,
zusammen mit gesamtem Service und Fähren gemacht.
Zu diesen Transporten gehören unter anderem Transporte
von den Elementen bis 4 Meter Breite auf der Strecke Polen –
Deutschland oder Transport von 40 großen Ladungen von
Österreich nach Norwegen.
Recently we have transported dozen or so silo covers from
Netherlands to Germany with diameter ranging from
5 to 7 meters. Also here we have organised all permits and both
civil and police escorts.
We have also realised contracts for several dozen of transports,
including the whole service and ferry crossings, just to name
4 meters wide loads from Poland to Germany and about
40 oversize loads from Austria to Norway.

Die hohe Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen wird mit
dem in März 2003 eingeführten und aufrecht erhaltenen
Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach ISO 9001:2008 garantiert
und mit dem durch Det Norske Veritas erteilten Zertifikat bestätigt.
Das Zertifikat umfasst unsere Spedition sowie den nationalen und
internationalen Straßengüterverkehr.
Seit dem 11. September 2008. nehmen wir ohne Unterbrechung
am Polnischen Programm „Zuverlässiges Unternehmen” teil
und legen unseren Kunden auf Wunsch Zertifizierungen unserer
Vertrauenswürdigkeit vor. Am 17. Juni 2009. sind wir Zugelassener
Wirtschaftsbeteiligter im Europäischen Union geworden. Daher
gehört die PKS International Cargo S. A. zur kleinen Gruppe derart
zertifizierter Unternehmen.

The highest quality
Introduced in March of 2003, and currently in operation in the
system, is the quality management system according to standard
ISO 9001:2008, guaranteeing high quality of our services.
It is confirmed by a certificate issued by Det Norske Veritas.
The certificate spans our forwarding services as well as national
and international road goods freight.
On June 17th, 2009., we have joined the ranks of owners of the
European Community AEO certificate, assigned by the customs
administration. Thanks to this document, PKS International Cargo
S.A. is found within the narrow group of companies holding this
prestigious certificate.
