ELIST aims at stimulating entrepreneurship activity among rural populations by providing innovative learning tools, as well as creating the conditions for young urban populations to migrate to
rural areas.
ELIST visa estimular as atividades de empreendedorismo entre as populações rurais, fornecendo
ferramentas de aprendizagem inovadoras, bem como a criação de condições para que jovens de
populações urbanas possam migrar para áreas rurais.
ELIST therefore will foster employability and mobility of target groups by providing hands-on and
inclusive learning methods to improve their competences (knowledge, skills and behaviour) and
at the same time address emerging practices on the topic of sustainable development in the rural
sector with tangible outcomes at the European level.
ELIST, portanto, irá promover a empregabilidade e a mobilidade dos grupos-alvo, fornecendo
métodos práticos de aprendizagem inclusiva para melhorar as suas competências (conhecimentos, habilidades e comportamento) e, ao mesmo tempo irá abordar práticas sobre o tema do
desenvolvimento sustentável emergente no setor rural com resultados tangíveis a nível europeu.

periphery) and
adult learning practitioners.
FINAL BENEFICIARIES:
At the long term the entire regions and
their citizens will benefit from the approach
of sustainable training innovations.

cidadãos irão beneficiar da abordagem inovadora sobre formação sustentável.
OBJETIVOS
The development and consolidation of entrepreneurial competences (knowledge, skills and
attitude) in rural populations, aiming at creating new pathways for employment with non-formal
and informal learning activities;
O desenvolvimento e consolidação de competências empreendedoras (conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes) em populações rurais, com o objetivo de criar novas vias de emprego com
atividades não-formais e informais de aprendizagem;
The contribution to a positive impact on local development in a sustainable way, considering
the environment, the economy and the social context.
A contribuição para um impacto positivo sobre o desenvolvimento local de forma sustentável,
considerando o ambiente, a economia eo contexto social.
OUTCOMES AND ACTIVITIES
ELIST is developing a pilot training course on entrepreneurship competences including a curricula, a blended learning training method (residential and elearning), an open access internet
networking platform, and guidelines for multipliers and for ECVET (European Credit System for
Vocational Education and Training) framework practitioners.
In order to prepare a solid basis for sustainable impact in the regions one focus is given to
capacity building of rural population and communities with the special support of a mentoring
programme, a cooperation plan between policy-makers (public authorities), Vocational
Education & Training providers in general, active civil society organisations (CSO) as well as
other representative of the related sector.

RESULTADOS E ATIVIDADES
ELIST está desenvolvendo um curso de formação piloto sobre as competências de empreendedorismo, incluindo um currículo, um método de formação considerando a combinação de
atividades residenciais e virtual (Internet), uma plataforma de rede Internet de acesso livre, e
as orientações para os multiplicadores e para a plataforma de competências ECVET (Sistema
Europeu de Créditos do Ensino e Formação Profissionais).
Com intuito a preparação de uma base sólida para um impacto sustentável nas regiões é dado
foco à capacitação da população e comunidades, com o apoio especial de um programa de
orientação, um plano de cooperação entre os decisores políticos (autoridades públicas), o
sistema e os prestadores de formação profissional, as organizações da sociedade civil em geral
(ONGs), bem como outros representantes do sector considerado no projeto.
