O Chef Jaime Perezfoi formado no famoso restaurante El Bulli perto da vila de Roses na Costa Brava, já descrito
como "o mais imaginativo gerador de haute cuisine no mundo". O El Bulli fechou no dia 30 Julho de 2011 mas o
seu espírito continua bem presente no Chef Jaime Perez que está hoje aqui para nos surpreender e impressionar.
O Restaurante "Vistas" está integrado num dos mais luxuosos resorts turísticos do Algarve, rodeado por um
campo de golfe desenhado por Jack Nicklaus, classificado como sendo o melhor em Portugal. Este almoço
promete revelar-se inesquecível!
Chef Jaime Perez trained at the famous restaurant El Bulli near the town of Roses at the Costa Brava, once
described as “the most imaginative generator of haute cuisine on the planet”. El Bulli closed on 30th July, 2011
but its spirit lives on in Chef Jaime Perez who is here today to surprise and impress us. The restaurant ”Vistas”
is situated in Monte Rei, one of the top tourist resorts in the Algarve and is surrounded by the number one
ranked golf course in Portugal, designed by Jack Nicklaus. This promises to become an unforgettable
experience!
